Today marks 10 days since I submitted a ticket regarding the product image update when selecting attributes. On day 7, they ‘resolved the issue’ (with the caveat that products must have one default color and size selected – otherwise their fix doesn’t work), but introduced new design flaws that remain unfixed to this date. I’ve had to implement CSS patches to compensate – an inadequate solution since the core problem lies in the design architecture.
The most frustrating part: they haven’t acknowledged my detailed technical reports pinpointing the root causes for 3 days, with zero updates on progress or resolution timelines. Worst yet, this image-swapping bug replicates across other templates from the same developer. Unless resolved promptly, I’ll be forced to rate this support experience 1 star.

Hi, I am interested in your theme but a little concerned about the speed on desktop. On mobiles seems to work at a very good speed but on desktop seems a little slower, is it related to your server configuration or something else, maybe my pc? I would like to be sure it has the same speed as in the mobile version.

Nice theme but you should change behavoiur of your account icon in header. This should use woocommerce links but uses wordpress links. For example dasboard links to wordpress admin and not to client dashboard, same with registration, it links to wp registration which is closed and not to woo client new account. Also there should be links for my orders, tracking etc. I have just turned off that icon and creaded link to my account so there is no need to fix that for me, just an information for you.

Before I start and buy a theme, I would like to design a home page layout in figma or adobe PS. Doing it on live operation to extract sections from each demo version is a lengthy and complicated job.

For single product layout style Sticky Summary – on the mobile devices i guess image should be displayed first, instead of variations block and add to card button https://i.ibb.co/qgj1Pxg/image.png

Hi again, I’m coming with issues.
I’m using custom-sized product images, so I set the preferred image ratio and regenerated all thumbnails. However, on archive pages, the thumbnail previews are living their own life. Once the small images are hovered over, the product thumbnail disappears. In the source code, I checked the image links, and they are okay. I don’t have an idea about what happened here.
