hello if i register as host, but make a reservation on another listing, in the dashboard, if i click on reservations it shows none, im guessing its because its a host account, and reservations are in that case for the hosts listings, how can a host view reservations they have on other listings?

Hi , I would like to ask. Is possible in this theme create. I have house and I want my customers be abble to choose = I want rent all house or I want rent only block A or block B. If someone book block A that mean it is not gonna be possble to rent whole house again. Thank you

My support has expired. Very happy with the theme. But have a question regarding search. during search when i enter the number of guests – say 6 it does not show any properties – as I do not have any that has 6 guests. But when no guest number is included, it shows properties for several guests. Guessing it is because it is looking for the exact number to match. So in that respect, is there a range slider search where i can put it 2 – 8 and then all properties between can show up and a gues can rent a property for 8 even if they have 6 guests. Otherwise they ends up calling or a missed sale. Range searches are very important (min – Max). Thanks

Hi I liked the theme and I want to purchase it but I have 1 question before buying it!! As I can see that for Host there is Membership model! It’s okay but can we do like that If a host wants to register so we can offer membership or Commission model ?? I want to let them work on both methods! So that if someone doesn’t want to pay for membership they can work on commission pay per booking! Is it possible??

This not possible by default, have to make little change in code to achieve this.

Hi, I have a question about this theme before buying:

Let’s say for example for a hotel/home, I set the minimum days of booking to be 5 days. At the search bar I realized when you set the Arrival and Departure to be one or 2 days (For example: I set “Arrive” to February 27 and the “Depart” to February 28) and hit search: The hotel/home that has a minimum booking of 5 days will appear in the search results. I don’t want it to appear unless I set the Arrival and Departure to be 5 or more days. So can this be changed? If not, then can it be implemented by your customization service?

Because we don’t allow visitors to register on our demos and post dummy content. If you have any issue, open ticket with site link and admin login

The raw theme as it is has 2 issues:

1. Request Booking (Owner View): The Owner of the Property is NOT notified by email. Is this a bug? Like this owner may never respond as he is never notified by email.

2. Request Booking (Guest View): The Guest receives a notification of his request. BUT it comes BRANDED AS “FROM WORDPRESS” which is extremely unprofessional as a business. Is it possible to have it sent as From our company name?

These 2 things should work as standard without needing to pay extra for support to have these questions answered.

- Email Notifications via Email: Guests receive emails from “Wordpress” instead of your “Site Name”. How to brand this experience to configure emails as From your Site Name?

- Booking Request Notifications: Not being received why? Detailed explaination of Who receives what when is important. When property lister does not receive notification, where to fix? When guest does not receive notification, where to fix? Also, both come from “Wordpress”

- Contact Forms: Contacts not being received, What is the most stable contact form to use that works?

- Site Admins : Are all Admins supposed to receive booking request notifications? Who receives booking request notifications? Where can we update email to test if they are not being received?

We cannot be in business without these basic features. Please kindly add to Theme Documentation as they are Core Foundations, Critical Parts of any booking website…

I have used this theme for a few years now. It takes way too long to update pricing for short term rental properties that follow any sort of market supply and demand. I don’t even log-in because of how tiresome this is. There absolutely needs to be a way to select a specific day on the visual calendar and update pricing from there. Not just from a “custom period pricing” section near the bottom that is developmentally slow with 0 flow and organization. Homey needs to integrate with the top PMS systems (Hospitable, Guesty, IGMS, Ownerrez etc) if you want me to stick around and recommend this theme. The goal is to help us streamline our businesses, not slow them down.
