I recently imported demo data for my website, but I encountered a few issues:
Slider Not Imported: The slider didn’t import correctly. Is there a known bug that might have caused this? How can I resolve it? Excessive Images in Media Section: A lot of images were imported to the media section, and it took a considerable amount of time. Is this normal behavior, or could it be related to the same bug? Any assistance on how to fix these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Sharing the website access should not be necessary for security purpose. Either you should include into your demo content import option or should provide with the download kit. Anyways, send us the zip file of layer slider we will import them from our side.

hi, we have sorted the slider issue from our side. But still few more bugs and we want to save our time. Following are the few questions :
1. Top Social icons are broken like in screenshot link please check and give a written solution for it, it will help others as well. https://tinyurl.com/249lr5ld Important thing is that Facebook icon is coming but others are broken. Strange.
2. One Page, Top header and Footers Issue. We have fixed default header and footer from theme options, Remaining pages has default footer and header showing but home page not, We tried to find option while edit the page but didn’t find to change header and footer for one page. Where is that option to change header and footer for One Pager web page ?
We tried to find in your comment section support, but everyone needs to send you email or you are requesting them to come online from google meet, Its so long and annoying process, Let us know in this trail, it will help others to know as well

Generally, licenses for WordPress themes from ThemeForest are issued on a per-domain basis, meaning that each license is valid for use on a single domain or website. If you want to use the theme on a different domain, you would need to purchase a separate license for that domain. so only the license cover uploading 1 theme

After you installed I am trying again to edit or change the header or footer but it wont change, also When i choose a default footer or header it won’t work it’s like I am doing nothing after click on save, also for 3 days of trying to fix everything it would not work and if i need to change even 1 photo I need to send email to you! to help me,, please can I have refund for this?
