I have purchased two different templates, tried submitting a support ticket, unsuccessfully because i get an error that me purchase code is not for the item. Not happy with the support process. Also the email in the documentation does not work either. I need support please and I am unable to submit a ticket through the portal with my correct purchase code and unable to email. Not happy and I do not recommend this template.
I am already registered. the form will not let me submit a support ticket with my confirmed purchase code. Advises: The code is not for the registered product. The email form is not working. I tested on the template contact page, just updated the php for my email address. I get errors.
even though it shows me as a verified purchase (see nest to my profile name) when I submit I get this message: “Sorry, that purchase code is for a different Envato product.” Please advise an email so I can get some support for this template. the email in the docs appears not to be working also: support@template_path.com
Update: I was able to send a message through this website. The themeforest might be the issue, not sure. but this does appear to make it difficult to get help?
