Hi, I would like to make my logo larger, it appears very tiny with the theme. I haven’t found a way to that.
The logo is scaled to fit the height of the menu. Zoom is not supported by the theme. You can try to do this using plugins or Custom CSS, but this will most likely break the layout.

The theme has not been tested with WPML. The easiest way to make a multilingual website is to use WordPress in multisite mode. The theme was tested in this mode and works fine.

what with the layers pro problem, can’t update cause its elementor now??? any solution for this!

Layers Pro is not supported by the theme and is not required. The theme comes with advanced features. Layers Pro advertisements are inserted by the Layers developers, but this extension may only be useful for other themes.
For a blog, only the layout shown in the demo is supported.
The theme has not been tested with Elementor. Elementor does not work with all themes. Themes that are compatible with Elementor are marked in the description on ThemeForest.
The documentation files/videos does not help with a list of icons. Where can I see a list of possible icons?

Keep in mind that the theme uses the FontAwesome version, which is included in the Layers. It is not latest version, so some icons may not be supported, but you can install the latest version of FontAwesome using WordPress plugins.

You can simply add a dropdown menu like a regular menu. Others are not supported by the theme and Layers Pro will not help with this. This may be possible in a different way using plugins from the WordPress repository, but the theme has not been tested with such plugins.

Download the latest version of Skrollex from ThemeForest. It works in the latest versions of PHP and WordPress. The latest version can be installed in the same way as you installed previous versions. The easiest way is to uninstall the old version and install the new one.

Content and settings are not stored in the theme. If you delete only the theme and then install it again, the content and settings will remain.

Yes. This will all be preserved. You have the latest version of WordPress and it will work with the latest version of Skrollex.

Check your permissions to edit theme files. If you have this permissions, you should have “Appearance/Theme Editor” in the admin panel. Also try to disable all plugins.

If you do not see “Appearance/Theme Editor”, then you do not have rights to edit theme files in the admin interface. They could have been overridden by some plugin. Please note that deactivating the plugin may not restore rights as user rights information is stored in the WordPress database. To restore the rights, you need to use the same plugins or others that allow you to manage user rights.

This is not related to the update. In WordPress, even an administrative user may not have all the rights. Permissions are an record in the WordPress database. If no one has manually changed database records, then most likely it was done using a plugin. Some plugins may automatically change permissions upon activation. Most often these are plugins that make some settings for additional security. You either need to read the WordPress documentation on how to manually return permissions or install some plugin to edit user permissions. Or find the plugin that did this and try to restore rights with it. Deactivating the plugin may not help, since changes to the database may be saved after the plugin is deactivated.

You most likely do not need to do everything described in your link. If you don’t have the menu item I wrote about, then you don’t have the edit_themes capability and you won’t be able to edit the color scheme. It’s hard for me to say what removed edit_themes capability in your WordPress, most likely via some plugin, but it needs to be restored using a plugin from the WordPress repository or manually. The plugins are listed in the documentation at the link I gave you above. Which database entry can be used to fix this manually, I think can also be found in the WordPress documentation. This may not be the only problem, but without fixing it you definitely won’t be able to edit the color scheme.

Try to disable all plugins or try to rollback page via Revisions in admin console (click Edit under the title, then click Revisions on right sidebar).

It looks like there was a problem saving the data and the page is blank. But since WordPress keeps a history of all changes, you can always roll back to an older page.
What do you see in Revisions? Are there pages with content? You need to roll back to the latest version of the page with non-empty content.
If you see the content in Revisions, but see a blank page in the font-end, then you need to look at the error messages in the error log. This is unlikely, but it is possible that there is a problem with displaying the content. Then you should see an error message in the error log on the server. Ask your hosting provider how to view the error log or try viewing it using a WordPress plugin. If the error log is in the usual place, then the plugins will display messages with the default settings, otherwise you will have to specify where the log is located in the plugin settings.
I have Layers installed and the theme installed successfully, but when I click to create page from a preset it never finishes, the progress bar makes it to the end but it never actually loads so I can edit it. Please help!!

The Error Log plugin said to make change false to true on the line: define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, true). Should I change it back to False?

I really really want to use this theme and have paid for it and cannot do anything with it right now. My host (bluehost) is saying there are no limitations and that they can see the error is on the theme end. Can I please send you admin access so maybe you can see what the issue is and I can start working on this please?

Try to disable all browser extensions also.
I looked at the screenshot carefully. It looks like the main problem is that admin-ajax.php responded with status 403. This is due to the settings on your server. Something is blocking ajax requests. Most likely some plugins or extensions do this, or it is related to the web server settings.

What do you mean by “custom code options”? Have you tried disabling all plugins? Are there any errors in the error log on the server? Are there any errors in the browser console?
The error log on the server can be viewed using WordPress plugins or ask your provider where you can view it. The browser console in Chrome can be viewed by Command + Option + J or by Control + Shift + J
I am having a horrible time trying to change the colors. Its so many options that are labeled with a letter and its hard to keep track and to try them all as it takes so long. Is theire a guide that shows what color each letter is for?
I really just need help with changing the colors of two things:
1. I want the Top Header Letters to be orange. (Home to Shop)
2. I also need the highlighted or accented animated words to be orange. I’m referring to the site highlight color that turns some of the words this color and many of the animated character flashing. I need it to be orange.

3. I love the background Video and how it shows at the top of the page but I don’t want it to show like that behind everything on the rest of the page. I had a really hard time getting a regular video to show like that so I seem to be stuck with it.
4. On the home page I can’t seem to show more of the “SX Section Will you join us”. I want more of the actual image to show without the filter that cuts it off. Can you help me show more of this?

3. Background video is the background for the entire page and is displayed through all transparent sections. To prevent the video from being displayed, you need to set an opaque background for the section. This can also be done in the section settings. Or you can set an opaque background image for the section.
4. This is not supported by the theme, but I think you can do it using the same plugin I recommended above.
5. This can also be done using Color Scheme or using the same plugin.
This plugin allows you to flexibly change the style and Layout in cases where this is not supported by the theme functions.

Hello DG-Comunicaciones. The version of FontAwesome that is included in the Layers is used by default. This is not latest version of FontAwesome and some icons may not be available. Try to install FontAwesome with WordPress plugins if you want to use unavailable icons.
