I have purchased the theme, but I am unable to submit a support ticket through the support page.
Initially, the support page itself was not functioning properly, as none of the buttons were responsive. Additionally, when I click the Submit button after filling in all the required information correctly, the page simply reloads and no ticket is created. I have attempted this multiple times with the same result.
I did not expect this level of unprofessionalism from a paid theme’s support system.
Please resolve this issue and inform me once it has been fixed so that I can submit a support ticket.

Hello to the entire Pixoz team, I am currently experiencing an issue when importing the demo via the link https://pixoz.wprdx.com/demo/. When I try to import it, I get a 504 Gateway Time-out (nginx) error. The demo installs partially, but the result does not match the online version. For example, the fonts used do not match, and the overall appearance is different. Would it be possible to assist me in performing a correct and complete installation of the theme, as shown in the official demo? Thank you in advance for your help.

Account and dashboard for coustomer related update is must have feature which is available on HTML, but please try to get those account related features in WordPress too

Account and dashboard pages are already available on Wordpress Theme.
But comparatively there is so much difference. tracking, order details and everything is outstanding on HTML However on WordPress no new update on account menu / nav bar related features
Please update the same features on WordPress which you’ve implemented on HTML
And you’ve released 3rd homepage on HTML
If you don’t release that homepage there is no problem, but please update the rest
We will release an update ASAP.

As soon as i see this theme, i decided to use it for my next ecomm website. before i buy, i want to know… do you allow to register the theme for my test domain first (during the development) and later move it to my production domain? and also i want to know do you have any plans to support multi-vendor plugins in the future?
