Yes our theme supports multiligual languages. Also our theme supports WPML plugin too.

Thanks for asking. Actually we are using paid images on our demo site. We cannot distribute that images due to license restrictions. If you like to purchsae any image, then just create a ticket on our support site and send us image link or screenshot we can send you purchsae link.
Also I recommend you to try free images too. We will provide you free (free for commercial use too) image links. Just create a ticket asking for free image links so we can send you images related to your required (paid) images.

You give single domain license right .. But I have a situation here. I have a website called xyz.com in one server & donate.xyz.com is in another server.. I can use the single license for both of these right .. ? But I have to install the template in 2 different server .. Correct me if I am wrong .

Generally one license should be used for one domain only. But we will allow you to use on two domains.
But please note that you will get only one purchase code so you can enable auto-update on any one domain only. There is no other restriction for another domain. You can update theme manually on another domain.

1. Are “Services / Testimonials / Team Members / Clients” CPTs? How to change their name e.g Services become Manifesto so that menu in the backend will also change to Manifesto when viewed by Admin?
2. Can I mix and match the demos? Do I run Setup wizard and install demo 1 and run the wizard again to install demo 2?
3. How to add / delete Events? Is it also a CPT (but can’t find about it in the docs) and it’s not a third party plugin either, right? Also, instead of some text or links, could we put a registration form when users click on “Register For Event” button?
4. For donation, are you using GiveWP plugin?

—Yes all these are CPTs. Yes you can change All CPTs name and also slug too.

—Our setup wizard will setup all demo homepage with any demo selected. The selected demo will setup homepage according to selected demo but all homepages will added. So you will get all pages with any selected any demo.

—The event is created using “WP Event Manager” plugin (link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-event-manager/ ). You can see their document and details for customization.

—Yes we can do it. Some are options based and some can be done via css code. Example, there is option to hide Cart icon and Search icon. But we need to add CSS code to make transparent the black layer. Just create a ticket on our support site so our team will guide you on this and will provide you CSS code for it.

It seems to have a few issues.
1- When you install the demo version of the theme, it does not look like the original. 2- Elementor does not work with the latest version. It usually gives fatal error errors. I solve this problem by reverting to version 3.5.5 but the build seems to break completely. 3- Slider transition effect is not available in demo version.

1. For the demo content, we are providing almost same version except images. Some of the images are paid images so we cannot provide with our demo content. So we are providing free alternative images which you can use for commercial purpose too. Also each user prefers to use their own images we didn’t bought any images.
2. For the Elementor plugin, they just released a new version which breaks our some of the features. We are working on it and we will update our theme in next 1 or 2 days. So just update the theme and it will be solved.
3. For the effect, I am checking this with my team.
We recommend you to open a new ticket on our support site so you will get quick reply.

I recommend you to open a ticket on our support site so you will be in touch with us. Also for the Elementor problem, we solve it on our development server and currently we are testing. We will release theme update today or tomorrow.

The Kirki plugin just released their new version v4.0.3 which has so many bugs. The bug effects our all theme. So we suggest you to revert back to the older version. The steps are very easy and it just takes 1 minute to solve the issue. We created video for the steps. Please see this video:

Fresh install with broken header styles. Cannot signup for your support due to not receiving the confirmation email. Need it resolved, asap or I can just refund and try another theme.

The demo setup process may break menu sometimes due to any missing module or some due to server related problems.
But the solution is very easy. We can fix the menu. Also our support site is always active and sending email properly. Make sure you check your SPAM folder for conformation email.

Sorry for late reply. This can happen for may reasons. The common problem is some permission issue on server or missing php extensions.
We need to check this directly on your site. So please create a ticket on the support site and send us your site URL with admin login details.

Does the theme support RTL ?
Hi,
Currently the theme has partial support for RTL. This means that most of elements will work perfectly in RTL. Like columns will be reverted, text aligned to right, text and box content float from right etc. But some special designed elements will not revert and special effect will be same as LTR.
Also we are already working on RTL support and we will update our theme when done.
