I have been using your theme for almost 2 years and during this time, I have faced several challenges, but I have managed to resolve them. However, I am currently dealing with a major issue that is most likely related to your theme, as my website is not functioning properly.

Even though I have disabled all the plugins I am using, the issue persists. When I try to download the latest version of the theme, the file I receive is still version 1.0, which clearly does not solve my current problem.

I would like to know if there is a newer update for your theme, as it is very important and urgent for me to resolve this issue. Please send me the latest version of the theme as soon as possible so I can continue with my work.

My website is currently not functioning correctly, so I would greatly appreciate a quick response and assistance.

Please process for a refund. Your coding has bugs.

When I try to translate the site using wpml none of your custom elementor widgets show up for translation. According to WPML you guys need to register the widgets in order for them to show up in translation. I need help

I installed the Mediron theme, exported demo data, everything was installed, except for the slider on top, displayed: There is nothing to show here! Slider with alias Slider-Home1 not found, same for Slider-Home2.

Unfortunately, the demo import was not proper and I can’t edit anyting right now. I emailed support and am waiting for a response.
