Hi, I’ve purchased 4 times your product, for various projects, and I have a problem with one of them. I have imported 2 prebuilt websites, because we changed our style, and now I have problems on both of them. How can I reset everything, to install the theme or prebuilt site from scratch please? Hello, we are trying to change the field used in the menu to a simple name called menu_title so we just want to change $cat->name to $cat->menu_title

When trying this the field showed as being null, yet we have already added the meta field on the product category taxonomy side and it’s working 100%. We now just wan to override the front end display.

Can you please tell us what we are missing the Menu walker in this case?

We don’t have a quick answer for this, unfortunately. This question requires a deeper investigation of the custom code. Sorry, but such additional code customizations are out of our theme support scope.

It turned out to be surprisingly simple—we merely needed to modify the following:

WOODMART_WC_Product_Cat_List_Walker extends WC_Product_Cat_List_Walker

To utilize the metadata field named: $menu_display = get_term_meta($cat->term_id, 'menu_title', true);

However, one significant drawback of using this theme is the inability to access forums without an active support subscription, which, in practice, hasn’t proven beneficial.

Paying solely for forum access seems outdated; a more equitable approach could involve offering lifetime access or pay-per-incident support. This restriction hampers our ability to contribute and share ideas, hindering the collective improvement of the theme.

This limitation stands out amidst the broader WordPress ecosystem, where community engagement is encouraged. Even plugins with dedicated Facebook groups foster open collaboration.

By imposing such restrictions, the essence of open source collaboration is undermined.

Our forum is not a community place where you can ask questions and seek help from other members. It is just our support channel where we answer all questions and provide necessary assistance in terms of the Envato Support Policy.

Hello! Could you please advise how to check/improve the code which is responsible for showing Sales price in the Frond end? Please see picture: https://postimg.cc/zVwHL6t7. In the back end Sales price is showing correctly, also discount % on a badge is calculating correctly, however Sale Price in the front end is showing the sale price as Regular price. Would appreciate your help.

I have tried to deactivate all plugins and then activate one by one, and just for a little time period Sales prices are showing correctly and then mystically shows Regular Price as the Sales Price.

I have been using this theme for the long time. Now i need support for the ACF pro plugin, but woodmart doesn’t support this awesome plugin and now I have to switch the theme because of this. I checked the documentation. Lots of user request this features for a long time. But woodmart didnt add this support. Now i am switching to Impreza for the support. I hope woodmart will add full Support for ACF pro so that i can back to this theme again.

But it is not a problem of the theme. Filters are WooCommerce functionality and no matter which theme you install, WooCommerce filters will not work with custom taxonomies.

understood. I never said there is a problem with Woodmart theme. Woodmart is an awesome theme. What I mean is to add support for the ACF pro plug-in similar to the Impreza theme where I can filter with a custom ACF field.

2. We don’t have a backend demo for our theme, unfortunately.

3. We are going to update this tutorial soon.

4. Yes, it works well with this plugin.

5. Yes, you can upload your icons to the mobile navigation.

6. If you face any speed issues caused by the theme we will help you asap. But we can’t guarantee that adding extra plugins to your website will not affect the performance.

The theme is beautiful but unusable for me so far due to issues with the Woodmart core plugin. Support so far has been very underwhelming if not all out dissapointing even though I have provided admin access and even detailed error log entries Im getting very unhelpfull responses and can tell no one has actually even bothered to take a close look. Are you under staffeed or something. This shouldnt be the support experience for a $60 theme
