I am thinking about buying this theme for a project. I would like to know how the order tracking “software” works? It appears to just be a contact form 7 form. Also, reading through the comments, I would like to know that the problems people were having have been addressed?

This allows you to easily collect customer details (such as order ID and email) and receive them via email. It is primarily a form interface, not a standalone tracking system. Our theme integrates fully with WooCommerce, which handles all eCommerce functionality. If you require advanced order tracking (where customers can enter an order number and see real-time status updates), we recommend using a dedicated WooCommerce order tracking plugin, which is fully compatible with the theme.

Hi I have installed the demo but the sections and containers can’t be edited with Elementor builder. I can only change preinstalled text and images within the section and containers but i can’t add new objects. It feels as big discomfort editing your theme.
