- Is it possible to change some buttons’ links? For example: If I place a button where I want people to fill out a form, can I send them to a custom URL? - I’m using Go High Level and would like to connect some forms or funnel pages with the theme. Is it possible?

That is possible, I suppose you just need custom JS. Create JS to overwrite the events of the buttons, and/or rename it as you wish.

Is there a way to have a multi-location listing and show all addresses on the listing? If yes, is it possible to then have it show individual establishments in each region too?
real_netiv, that won’t be possible currently. Every listing post has an unique Location field. If filled, it will be geolocated automatically and populate about 15 other unique fields (Latitude, Longitude, Country, Postcode, etc).

Possibly, you are having Ajax issues related to 403/Forbidden PHP requests. This kind of issue is solved with your server/hosting team.

These dropdowns are fine. This delay (loading time and empty list, until it gets loaded) is more related to your server speed, it is a bit slow, sometimes it simply freezes… but even so, the terms are recovered after the waiting. Screenshots sent via email.

1. I bought this last year but have just started configuring it. Currently, I am having issues with the stripe payment testing, despite everything being set up properly. The WP and WooCommerce and all other plugins and the theme are up to date as of today. after entering the card details the loading icon keeps spinning. I’ve checked the log under the Stripe dashboard and there’s no error. I’ve tried upgrading the stripe API keys, and deactivating the cache plugin still no change. Can you please get back to me if there’s any issue with the integrated Stripe Split pay or Stripe plugin?
2. The second issue I’m having is a scenario where a company has multiple listings under account with multiple bookable products, when you click on any of the listings it randomly shows 1 product which doesn’t make logical sense. There should be an option to choose the bookable product under the ‘Appointment Method’ in the relevant Listing, similar to ‘Check to display your products(s).’
Can you please provide an update if you’re aware of such issues and when any fixes/updates are to be released?

1. The payments are related to Woocommerce and third party plugins, not the theme. If for some reason a payment plugin is not working for you, I’d recommend you to try other.

Thanks for your reply. I have just started to use the Theme although it was bought a while ago. You keep asking to extend the support license and pay more fees.
I’d be happy to but there are core issues that need fixing.
1. Theme is sold as a packaged product with bundled installable plugins for the e-commerce such as Stripe Splt pay, which I’m assuming needs updating on your end’s code to reflect any recent change in stripe API and Woocommerce update. I don’t have any other 3rd party plugin enabled for ecommerce. Can you confirm that this is up to date? Looking at the console error logs, I can see there’re issues with the assets file under the listar font icons and it says ‘Make sure all attributes of the preload tag are set correctly’, I’m unsure if this is the cause but there are some issues.
2. I appreciate your comment but shouldn’t you have spotted this earlier, as this makes it unusable for me since this is clearly a logical error hence requires an immediate fix, you mentioned further review, can you please state when can you release an update so that I can configure the listings properly.

I’ve checked, this is to do with WCFM (either the Premium Front-end manager or the vendor Marketplace), this is packaged with the Theme by you. When the legacy Stripe is activated the checkout works but when it’s deactivated and SpitPay is activated (as per guidelines that should be the case) the checkout spins and doesn’t work. I’ve got the latest plugins updated. Since it’s a bundled item you need to review the error and update. Can you please provide an update, thanks. I’ve already spent a lot of my valuable time.

I suppose you agree that both our times are valuable. After buying an item on Themeforest, you have 6 months of support to get any issue solved. Your item support expired and also 4 months passed, a total of 10 months. And now you ask urgency and seems to disagree with a license renew. You clearly understand the situation, so I won’t insist. Be aware (I guess you do) that the license exists mainly to support the author, there is a hard work behind a directory theme and I can’t provide free/lifetime support. Third party features are regularly changing, and plugin/theme authors must adapt their products, this is not a fault. I hope we can keep a polite dialog. No matter if you renew the support license or not, fixes will always be provided, but not always with that urgency, so you need to be patient, like all other customers.

Although I appreciate your concerns unfortunately as a user if there are issues with the Theme it makes sense for the developer to fix them. These aren’t any custom requests but as expected to work as per your packaged product. As a matter of fact, after a while, after I raised the issue it was updated by WCFM and you can view the changelog on their recent update release about the bug with the Stripe Split Pay. Since the Theme is packaged with their product it should be your responsibility to check for any incompatibility issues.
However, the delay in getting this update left me using only the iframe option for pasting the booking link and I’ve used other booking plugin option to achieve that, one of the other reasons is the poor/backdated design UI on the Vendor’s Dashboard. I am only using currently just to use the core Theme features without the packaged plugin options.
The reason of me writing again is for you to review whether there’s a bug in the Theme or if is it designed that way when it comes to adding the iframe link, since it only shows the option to add the iframe after the admin has approved the listing. I’ve posted a video screen grab below for your reference.

The stripe issue was resolved when I left the above comment about updating the WCFM plugin, which I did about 9 days ago.
As per the issue with the Appointment service Embedding Code, it’s not appearing before the listing is approved. I’ve sent a video example above. I’m using the external method by only embedding an iframe code. Can you please advise whether this was fixed in the recent update since I’ve updated to Version: 1.5.4.8?

No fix was needed. The booking textarea issue was tested and is working as usual (no need to have the listing submited to see the code textarea).
In that case, it will be needed to debug the issue on your site or clone it and debug, but you don’t have a support license active.
I am setting up a new regional directory, I am targeting the SADC region and wanted listings that are town-specific as well as country-specific such that under country, we will find South Africa, Zambia, and Botswana… whilst navigating South Africa, and specific listings will fall under Capetown, Pretoria, Joburg etc.
My pain point is having users in each country or town have a home page with optimised content for that town. Is this something the theme can do?

This is not so simple to do. One of the easiest approachs would be to create one custom front page for every city, them you’ll need coding skills to detect the city of the current visitor and force a redirect to the proper front page.
Other idea would be to install a plugin allowing the creation of several sidebars, one for very city. Every sidebar will have an unique shortcode, so you need to execute the shortcode related to the visitor city.

You may need to contact your server, apparently certain Ajax requests are being denied. Please send your site URL to support@wt.ax for verification, with admin login credentials. Regarding the field for listing categories, only few categories are displayed by default. This amount can be increased, but it is recommended to load more via Ajax if you have a lot of terms. To be reviewed too.

No official integration for page builders, this theme is mainly focused on the “Listing” post type, you won’t need a page builder for that. Regarding common pages, you can use Gutenberg editor. There are few customers using Elementor. Other page builders may work too, these are created for any theme, but not tested.

Embeds are blocked by WordPress core for security reasons, but there is a WP hook to remove this restriction for Description. Please send an email to support@wt.ax requesting that.
Your support license is expired, please consider to renew it for further support requests.
If you need a separate block for this embed, instead of the Description area, that would require a customization service.

I would like to buy the theme, but does it support protecting all content until a person registers or logs in. Also can I set it up so the registration must be approved before they can log in. Also can I set it so that any new or edited ads must be approved prior to publishing?

Yes, you can moderate submitted listings.
You would need a third party plugin to protect contents before login and to moderate registered users, this is not related to the theme (any theme).

Not sure I want “Steps” as I like having everything on one page. The problem is that everything is listed in one long list but I think it would be nice if we could break up the headers into logical sections. Still keep everything on the same page, same form submit.

When selecting “Show on pricing card” for a product, after the update the card only lists “Awesome Support” and everything else is deleted. The item checked is not listed (or any others) as expected. Did I do something wrong?
Additional note… I’ve only imported the demo data at this point.

Hey, uruguayrobotics, the Listings widget is used for that, but there is no pagination. The recommendation would be to display a limited amount and display a button for more listings, because front pages shouldn’t be heavy for users. If you need something different, please share details, you may need to use the Child theme and do customizations.
