Hi, where can i find the documentation on how to update this theme? Do I need to disable all plugins first or just manually upload the latest theme files and override the existing template files via ftp? My theme does not seem to have any auto-update feature, looks like I have to do it manually. Please advice. Thanks.

Hello, i purchased this theme, and for some reason the slider feature does not work. I went to the slider area, and its asking or a key. Does your product need a key for the default slider to work?

The plugins that you got after the purchase (like Slider Revolution) are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
If you imported demo content and the sliders are missing, please note that they can be imported separately. See one-click import → Bonus tips.

The theme is supported and will continue to be updated. At the moment, we don’t have an ETA for the update’s release.
The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0.

Let me explain better : On your demo contact page : https://thorsten.qodeinteractive.com/contact-us/ when pressing the send button with contact form 7, there should be a spinner that should appear. However, it seems that you have delete this parameter on the template (because when i activate an other template, it works on my website). Why did you delete this spinner and how to enable it again ? this is the spinner that should appear : https://pasteboard.co/cYTDmsSIp8Bi.png but if you try on your contact form here https://thorsten.qodeinteractive.com/contact-us/ it doesn’t work.

The theme has a special HTML and stylization for contact form submit button and due to this the spinner is not included. Altering this would require additional customization, but this falls out of our support scope unfortunately.

Ok thank you for letting me know. I understand but i have to say that i think this is a shame that the stylization delete the spinner because most of the user they click many time on the send button. I hope this can be change in the future in a new update release (finger crossed). Anyway have a good one.

Hi, my sticky header won’t center-align, whatever css-code I search or place. It could be that different header options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting

Unfortunately I cant change the default font, whether set in the Theme settings or in Elementor – the change doesnt become visible on the actual page. I also noticed that the highlight color of the text doesnt change to the value set in the Theme settings.

Hi Support after looking through the comments I’ve noticed a number of requests for updates to the theme for WP5.9 and 6.0 with no updates. I recently purchased this theme thinking that the updates were going to happen. I need to move to PHP 8.1 and I can’t using WP 5.8 and PHP support will cease for PHP 7.4 in November. Can you tell me without saying that our developers are hard at work and will post the update in the future because I’m not sure I believe that anymore? When will support be available for WP 6.0? Oct Nov I’m hoping because we will start to get notification about PHP 7.4 needing to be upgraded around that time?

We have tested the theme with WP 6.0 and if you encounter issues with the widgets, as the new block base widgets do require a bit more higher resources you can always use the following plugin until we release a new theme update: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/
The theme will also work with the PHP 8, and at the moment we have not added PHP 8.1 compatibility, bit it will for sure be added in one of the future updates.
