can i use translate press plugin for rtl to translate entire website to arabic?

The labels in the theme are translatable, however, RTL is not supported.
Anyhow all shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL.
You can check our themes with RTL support in this article.

I want to purchase this them for my client and I want to know that is this theme’s license work on multiple sub-domains? Or Do I need to buy license for sub-domains differently?
Actually the client’s previous site is working and has live traffic, so we need to setup this new theme on a sub-domain first and then after the design phase completion, we will shift this theme to the main domain. Is it possible in the one license?

Thanks for taking an interest! The regular license on Themeforest is for one single installation, meaning you can use it on one domain, if you wish to have the theme on a subdomain that is related to the main domain such as mysite.com/shop this is possible with help of our support team.
In your case this is possible as you will only use the subdomain for finishing the theme and setting it up. Once you are finished you can deregister the theme on your subdomain, migrate it to the main domain and register back. The content will remain.
