Hi,
our client reports that the website is sometimes showing the wrong phone number. We’ve investigated the issue and found that:
The phone number is saved correctly in the database.
However, when the shortcode is rendered, the $heading variable (which holds the number) seems to be incorrectly extracted or processed in the PHP code. ( wp-content/plugins/scape-core/include/templates/vc_service.php )
As a result, the displayed number doesn’t always match the one stored.
Could you please check if there’s any known issue with how $heading is handled in the theme’s shortcode or if something could interfere during extraction/rendering?

Could I request WhiteBox to take a look at their support system. The scape theme is acting up again and not rendering icons this time after updating wordpress and doing all the necessary cache plugin clean ups. Ticket no #3742458
the new update Version: 1.5.11 breaks my make new page so I can’t make new pages in the admin page the elements in the view overlap and are not where they should be on the screen not sure if its the wpbaker or admin page it self was after I updated to the new theme version and WordPress 6.6.2

This should not happen by default, might be related to your specific installation. Have you tried deactivating all 3rd-party plugins?

Can I use different pages for my theme? Those. create your own template with your own blocks and text?
Yes, sure you can!
You can take pages from the demo as a baseline (or start with empty pages) and add any shortcode elements from the shortcode library with any layout. And of course you can modify the content as well!

After updating to the latest Redux framework.. Scape core goes wonky the site crashes… just a glimpse of the error.

Thanks for reporting this. This was a compatibility issue with Redux plugin, unfortunately. It’s been resolved on their end and should cause no issues as of now if updated to the latest version of Redux Framework plugin.

i made a new install of Wordpress and the theme delete the old database I got a Ajax error on install of the theme and the 404 like before when it installed the scape-core plugin just like on my own website after I was not able to update to 1.5.9 version
my website hav been down for over 14 days now and I can’t release two new apps do to my website is down
I talk to my hosting two times now and they have been through the server two times now and its setup as it should so it can only be the scape-core plugin that makes the 404 error in the admin backend
when I try to install the plugins from the Install Required Plugins under the scape theme settings I get errors too on a fresh install but only when I install a few plugins together and not if I install them one by one

The Slider Revolution plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the init_rest_api function in versions up to 6.7.0. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to update slider data.
This vulnerability affects versions before 6.7.0. We recommend updating this plugin immediately to the latest version.

Sorry to hear about your issues again. We don’t get reported similar ones with version 1.5.9 from other users, nor we see these issues in our tests, looks like they might be specific to your installation.
The PHP warnings you pasted here are either not related to the theme or cannot lead to any real errors.

I need to know if this theme supports php 8.2. I’ve tried to update php version with 8.2. I fixed a fatal error on Scape/inc/custom-functions.php and now it works but with lots of warning (deprecated)
