Hi! I have 3 pre-sale questions:

1) Can I disable instant booking and only allowing booking inquiry?

2) Inside a property I have to click in VIEW PROFILE to see the host dettails. Can I see that information in the same property page without leaving the page?

3) Inside a property page in the right there is a box with “Extra Services”. Can I add another box with a text I want ? (That text will be the same in all the properties). Can I hide the “Extra Services” box if I dont want to show it?

Hi, i setted theme options to instant book but in listing page appaers always REQUEST OF BOOK. Furthermore i can’t unable to process payment by paypal or stripe is the process this? -> REQUEST TO BOOK -> confirm the date -> process to payment… correct? When i go to payment page, i can’t see any payment’s methods

Hello, I’m interested in this theme and I’m 99.99% ready to purchase; however, the crucial piece that appears to be missing is that your theme doesn’t have the ability to allow for both membership and/or commission fees to hosts (which is what I’m interested in). Looking back at the older comments it seems you did say that it was available about a year ago but in more recent comments you’ve told people that commission model is not available. Can you please confirm if it is in fact available and if not is there any roadmap that shows that it’s within the very near future. Please advise as I’m waiting back for a response before purchase, or not. Thank you.

Dear Favethemes – as per your request I have sent a Support Ticket and my question is also listed here several times. Why is it so hard to love? It is now 3 months since I asked a basic question: Request Booking are not beinhg received via Email – is this normal and standard? Also, emails come from “Wordpress” not our brand. How can we change this? I am not being difficult these are basics of running a business – you need to be able to be contacteable and customers must hear from you as your brand. Another real estate theme I own does not have this issue. Contact arrives immediately. Emails from my company name…I have to work and need to decide whether this theme works for my business or not – i cannot live without these basic features – please respond?

These are Standard Basic Features, not Extra Support. If anything if there is an issue I need to pay more? The other theme I own for instance, we dont have this conversation because it works. The developer coded all these things to perfection – contacts arrive immediately and correspondence is branded with our company name and brand not “from wordpress” . So this is my work? Why I need to pay extra to have a basic theme question answered? ticket no answer so i am asking publically

what was the issue of “Additional guest price issue when additional guest are more then one” i already mentioned that point before and sent you a ticket and you told me everything is working properly :P, can you provide what was the issue and how to fix it

The booking engine is not working, and the reservations are not registered on the site, nor the email notifications are working. I have opened a ticket for more than a week now and no solution provided to the day.
