The licence code is not working, and the author hasn’t replied me in 2 days. Why can’t you fix that damn code?

I just purchased this and when trying to activate I get INVALID license code

i have purchase theme onchain but its verification not working i tried multiple times it says invalid purchase code

then it they blocked the domain
