1. No, You can add a H! text widget. Please remember the Heading should be visible like a single post. So you should add a text widget.
2. They have a shortcode to display the Breadcrumbs. So you can edit the header template add a section and add a shortcode widget in it.
Another way is editing the theme’s code.

I am writing you because I have two problems with the Roxeen theme (I just renewed the 6-month support):
1- When the Roxeen Addon plugin is active, the Google Fonts fonts selected from Elementor in the widget’s typography option are not displayed in front-end mode. In edit mode they are displayed correctly, but when this plugin is active they are not displayed in front-end mode. If I deactivate this plugin, they are displayed correctly. Is there any way to fix this? There are situations where I want to use a specific Google Fonts font type on a specific page, but I am unable to do so due to this problem.
2- Whenever I try to use a plugin that allows me to hide the menu options based on the user role (I’ve tried several: Ultimate Member, if-menu, if-so…) I get this error when loading the pages and it doesn’t load the entire menu options:

This error can be solved if I edit the file wp-content/themes/roxeen/functions.php and comment out the following line:
/* Mega Menu */ require_once RIVAX_THEME_DIR . ’/inc/mega-menu.php’;
Since the Roxeen theme does not use mega menu (maybe it could be an inheritance from the Fonix theme, which is older and does use it), would it be possible for you to remove that line from that file in a future version? Well, as I said, this line is useless since the Roxeen theme does not use mega menu and in this way this error that I mentioned is solved.

1. Roxeen Addon plugin does not affect on the fonts. Please go to the theme settings > Performance, and disable the “Disable Load Elementor Google Font” option.
2. Mega Menu is a part of the theme and working fine. I can not remove it. I tested this plugin for menu user role and works fine. Please try it. https://wordpress.org/plugins/nav-menu-roles/

Regarding point 1, I have managed to solve it with what you have indicated, thank you.
But regarding point 2, I have installed the plugin that you mentioned and it continues to fail, displaying the same error (to test it, go to the menu and in one of the options activate it, for example, “Logged Out Users”, and then go to the front end while logged in as administrator, because if the Everyone option is selected it does not fail because the plugin should not act).
Oh yes, It has a warning when you hide a menu item that has a submenu. I fixed it now and this patch will be available in the next update 
Temporarily, please comment that line in the functions.php. You don’t need to do anything from the next update.
