1. Yes, of course, the Paywall it’s optional.
2. That will require customer work, as per the demo the theme doesn’t have that type of functionality.
3. Editable with the fields that are displayed in the demo, change the limit hide/display, more info can be found via item description.
4. Same as point 2, will require custom work.

You can only change the fields displayed, you can’t create or add more without custom work, that’s why I mentioned “Editable with the fields that are displayed in the demo, change the limit hide/display the fields, more info can be found via item description”.
The plugin is made in-house, and used in most of my themes. The form will display what you see in the demo, if you want more fields, or something different, it will require custom work.

It’s a WordPress theme, so by installing the classic editor plugin, you’ll be able to use the classic editor / classic widgets (I’m using them in my demo). Same with the other plugins mentioned.

after disable it, only paid-subscribers will get access to paid content once they subscribe, kind of like a membership site, which I can use this theme to build?
As per the demo: https://anthemes.com/themes/netshare/pricing/ you can let also the free users to use the submission page but with fewer options. But you can change it to let only premium users.

I don’t need any UGC submission functions since my site is a membership site for paid subscribers, all I want is two subscription levels: free and $9/month, with different access to my content. Can I achieve this with your theme?
As per the item description, please read it, the theme comes with the free version of RCP, more info here about the plugin, and you can restrict any page/post to add any content to be displayed to any member level, you can create unlimited levels/subscriptions.

Click register and you’ll have the Pro membership automatically, the payment is disabled in the demo.
The theme uses the free Restrict content plugin as per the item description. Payments that can be used: Payment Gateways – Stripe and Manual Payments (Free), PayPal (Pro), Authorize.net (Pro), Braintree (Pro), Custom (Pro).

Is this theme compatible with Elementor?

Elementor or any page builder can be used in the default pages (sidebar/ full width / and posts pages). As for the homepage/s, the theme uses predefined templates as per the demo, you can also use Elementor in the homepage at the top, so basically it works but it doesn’t come with custom blocks.

It’s part of the item “family” as per the Envato Terms. One comes with WooCommerce integration and one doesn’t.
As per the demo, Netshare has some new features that Itaka does not have, Paywall is one of them, with free and premium submission forms and restricted content for your posts and pages, pricing table integration between the posts, etc.

Just to clarify on the financial, for the site owner the user pay a subscription to access all content or premium content? and how does a post submitted get assigned as premium content? Also, does the author of the content get any revenue from the subscription? how would the author get paid?

Basically, this is what your free or premium user can do, again, if you test the demo you’ll have the answer to understand the functionality of the theme!
- In simple words, it uses the free Restrict Content plugin, where you can restrict any page, so you’ll be using that plugin to restrict your content for your free users, in order for them to pay for the premium membership to access that content, same thing with the submission form if you are using a free account, you have less option.

Thanks again for your feedback. Just tried the demo but can’t find any options to logout or cancel the subscription? and how would you manage all the subscribers? is there any options to delete or remove a subscriber?
- WordPress by default does not have a logout button to be added, you can add a link and a custom menu or use a plugin for that purpose.
