Hello, We seem to be having an issue with our website, specifically the “LSVR Definition List” footer widget. The “more button” option always seems to link to our blog page, even after the link has been changed to a different page. Just wondering if anyone knows of any solutions to this please?

try to use featured images with different aspect ratio. You can crop/edit your images directly in your admin under Media.

Are you planning on re-creating the import data in Elementor? I read that the pages are only editable in the block editor. I bet many people would prefer it if you could edit the demo pages in Elementor. I’m eager to buy but I want to be able to edit in Elementor!

I am sorry but I currently do not plan to do that, but just to be clear, this is basically just the front page issue, all other pages you can see in the demo (news, events, directory, galleries, etc) are auto-generated, so they are not dependent on an editor at all. And recreating the demo front page in Elementor is really just a matter of few minutes, you can follow the tutorial (it is based on block editor, but all mentioned elements are available in Elementor as well): http://docs.lsvr.sk/wordbench.wp/#front-page

Hello. I cannot get my menus to appear. I’ve read through the documentation, put in the megamenu in the CSS portion, imported in the demo material, and even tried the Pressville theme as well, but no menus appear at all. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled as well. I’ve turn WP bakery on and off. At no point does it work. I am at a loss as to what to do. But not having menus isn’t going to work. Can you please help?

Yes. I’ve done all of that, and in the menu settings and the theme settings. And thank you—I’m not sure why it didn’t go through, but our government firewall is pretty strong. Thank you.
Putting “lsvr-megamenu” on submenu items surely won’t help (but it shouldn’t harm either). Anyway, long shot, but are you 100% sure you are in the administration of a correct site? I see that you have the same menu items on your main site co.lincoln.wa.us, so just to be sure you are not actually trying to edit this menu on a wrong place.
Yes. Currently the system is set up as a multisite, meaning the /public-health is its own site. As such, we need to have the same menu as the county available on our site in addition to the sitemap for the public health portion. It’s why the sidebar menu is selected for the secondary menu. I’ve even created test menus and it’s not appearing. I’ve added a new screenshot to show it’s in the right spot and that there are two created menus.

When I took a better look at your site Ive noticed the menu is partially rendered in the code, there is its wrapper there, so there is almost certainly some kind of hidden error or something like that. Are you running PHP 7 or newer?

In the Wordbench theme, the gallery options don’t appear in the Customize section. In the Townpress theme it does. I looked in the files for the theme and it seems to lack the relevant PHP files to show the gallery in the Customize section. We want to make the galleries look like the galleries in the Wordbench demo where you hover over the galleries and they animate and display text showing you details of the gallery. Also, the actual galleries don’t work as intended. They show the images you import but they don’t do anything when you click them. There is no documentation on creating galleries.

galleries in Wordbench are handled via LSVR Portfolio plugin, so their settings can be found under Appearance / Customize / Portfolio

Hello again! I would appreciate it if you would begin the refund process for my purchase of this template. I was under the assumption that this template fully compatible with Elementor (your description states) but its not. It may partially compatible, but I depend on using Elementor for my clients who want to edit their own websites. While the template allows for moving stuff around via Elementor, I see no support for editing text, etc., and I need this. Please let me know what information you need from me to process this refund. Okay, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to replace the image placeholders on the sample home page with actual images. Take the home page, for example. How do I add the image that is located next to slider? I see no obvious (or otherwise) way to add images.
In addition, this template states that it is compatible with Elementor. I see no compatibility at all. Will you please explain and advise? Thank you.

have you tried to follow the front page tutorial in the documentation? http://docs.lsvr.sk/wordbench.wp/#front-page Elementor compatibility means that all the theme-specific blocks/elements are available in the Elementor editor. However, the demo was built using the native WP block editor, so if you want to use Elementor, you need to rebuilt the front page from scratch. Just follow the tutorial above, even thou the screenshots are from the native editor, you will find all the block in Elementor as well.

Yes, I did look at the tutorial. I am not seeing how you placed the image background in the slider element.
You need to edit your slide posts and set their featured images in the same way you do it for regular posts.

I’m experiencing issues with wordbench slider and wordbench split screen not working properly on mobile devices (they won’t scale down completely) causing a left/right scroll for mobile. I also tried to disable these 2 in elementor – responsive view but they still display. Thank you for your assistance and time.

Suddenly now I am not able to pull up the LSVR documents upload for media, it just spins, and it causes server resources to spike to 100%, it is only under the “Documents” associated with LSVR/Wordbench.
Okay, I have definitely narrowed it down to the LSVR plugins that is causing issues, when I go to edit documents, the media library simply does not load and it causes server resources to completely spike 100%. Something is wrong here and needs fixed ASAP.

I assume it worked before, so it must be something on your server side. Maybe your host changed some settings regarding files?
I’ve just tested it on latest WP version, on PHP 8.2.0 and I was able to create a document post and upload attachments into it without any issues

you will have to use something like ACF and then edit the particular template pages to display the data., particularly single-lsvr_person-single.php files and/or templates in template-parts/lsvr_person folder. Make sure to do any changes via a child theme.

The error logs indicate that the ‘lsvr-wordbench-toolkit’ plugin could be responsible, and disabling it does remove the error. We have updated the theme and all plugins to the latest versions. Greetings, I recently purchased your theme less than 15mins ago and realized that it’s not built on Visual Composer (WPBakery). I was mislead by your statement that it was “compatible with WPBakery” But once I installed it I quickly realized it wasn’t what I was expecting at all.
I honestly do not wish to spend time rebuilding the front page again as I know it won’t be the exact thing on your theme.
Therefore I would appreciate it if could get a refund please.

Thanks for the reply/instructions. I checked the tutorials you sent me and tried to follow them, frankly this is seriously not working for me.
It’s simply not what I was expecting. I would advice you include a version with (WPBakery) included already for others who might find themselves in my position.
The work is great, don’t get me wrong, but the ( WPbakery compatibility is misleading) If I had known it was going to be like this I wouldn’t have bought it since it isn’t what I was looking for.

please use the LSVR Posts widget instead, as that one allows you to choose a specific category. Recent posts is a native WP widget so the theme has no control over it.
