I am having an issue with the Single Product template as the gallery images are not working properly. Also, when I choose a variation, the image is supposed to be replaced with the variable image. But it is not working properly. I am fed up with this themes buggy updates. You guys need to provide me a solution to this problem as I have lot’s of Shopify stores setup with this bullshit theme. If this issue is not resolved I might have to cancel my theme subscription and will have to ask all my associates to cancel the subscriptions as well. Need URGENT solution!!!!

This is the problem on old source. The root cause of this error is that previously, this application supported free users. We registered and used it, but now the application requires users to pay a fee for this specific functionality. Therefore, for accounts registered as free users, the application restricts access to data and requests payment.
We have completely rewritten this functionality based on a new structure and utilized Google Map’s iframe. You can refer to the page at the following link: https://new-ella-demo.myshopify.com/pages/store-locator. We have updated this section in new Ella version. You can download the latest Ella version to use this page. In case you prefer not to download the latest version, we will support you in fixing this issue based on the new logic in your current store.

Hello, I have a question about “SECTIONS--Collapsible Content”. In the preview of home 28 (Single Product), a “table” style content is added to the “SPECIFICATION-content” of this section. but in actual use, only plain text or links can be added to “Collapsible Row—content”, and the “table” style or any code cannot be added. I need to insert pictures and table content through code in this part, how should this problem be solved? thank you

If you want to show an image or table, you can add a page for this section.

So you can create a page that has image or table as you want and then add page for this section.

hi, using the ella theme. The Notify Me doesn’t work. I enable it in my theme and it pops up when I click on ‘notify me’ on my product page, but when I hit the ‘subscribe’ button nothing happens. I don’t get the email nor do I see a confirmation message on my screen to show that the email has been submitted successfully.

It seems that you are using old version. This problem was caused by an expired server error, we have resolved it for the new version. We changed the email form from “Our Server” to “Shopify” on the send email form. To set up products for Related Products, you will need to use the Search & Discovery app. In case you want to have products from the same collection, you will need to set up manually for each product.
