Hello, I have noticed in your demo for listeo.pro that there is a Whatsapp button. My question is can the customer/user communicate directly with each vendor through vendor’s own whatsapp number? And if yes, then how can I setup this option for each vendor?

Hi, I don’t think we have such option. People can chat with each other either using private messages or emails.
I have several pre-sale questions.
1. Does your theme work with Gutenberg?
2. Is it possible using your theme’s native controls to change the layout of the single listing page listing menu? For example, change the listing menu items from anchor/jump links to tabs or accordions?
3. Is it possible to add, modify, remove pages from the user panel? For example, could I remove the Bookmarks page, rename the Statistics page, and/or add a Knowledge Base page using function native to your theme?
4. Do you have a demo of the WP admin dashboard so I can see the WP backend?
5. Do you have development docs available?
I read your knowledge base docs but couldn’t find development docs (info on filters, hooks, api, etc.) with information to help if I need to customize the theme via code.
I saw your recommendation about hiring via Codeable but development docs would assist with this too.

1. It depends, our widgets related to theme functionality are not compatible with Gutenberg. We use Elementor builder.

I want to create a multisite network setup in a hub and spoke configuration with multiple subsites connecting to the Main site.
- Each subsite has a niche directory different from all the other subsites. For example: events.mydir.com, realestate.mydir.com, restaurants.mydir.com.

ad2. You need separate license for each subsite if those are separate products
ad3. No, that’s not how multisite works

1. We don’t have such option yet, built in listing types covers usually everyone needs and you can change their name and submit forms.

3. It would overload server, for keyword and location it is required to hit enter or just click outside field.
2:) lets say i want to show the website link of the owner only on paid packes. for the free packages i want to collect the website link but i will not display. but if the owner make the payment then will display the link,. is this possible?

I have a free and paid plan. Paid plan includes opening hours and Featured Listing badge
ad1. If listing paid plan, then changes to free plan “Featured Listing” keeps showing. is not unchecked after changing plan
ad2. If listing paid plan, then changes to free plan, it continues to show “listing badge open now” on the results page.
Can I change this?

When I search for a business that I know doesn’t exist, the results pulls up all of my listings instead of saying there are none. This also happens when I put a word in the search that I know doesn’t exist in any of my listings. For example, I have no daycares on my site, but when I put it in the search it pulls up all of my listings. How do I prevent this from happening?

Hi, I would like this theme for a multi-vendor boat rental. I have a question: 1. We would like for users to be able to take photos before and after the rental for safety and possible insurance reasons. Is this possible? 2. Does Dokan offer payment to users after the rental is finished? 3. Can you limit the rentals by zip code or geographical location? (is just we want to start just in 2 countries).

what exactly you want to change there? Anything style related would require changes in code/CSS, they are not editable with Elementor

Questions about Taxonomy in Search on Half Map Layout
ad1. For example:
Type = Services > Service Category = Eating > Categories = Restaurant, Fast Food, Food Truck
If I am in the “listing/fast-food” category and all the results in the category are in “NY”, the Regions filter should not show “Boston”, “Washington”, “Denver”
The category filter should only show “Restaurant”, “Fast Food”, “Food Truck” and not “Hotel”, Fitness. How do I adjust this?
ad2. Is it possible to limit filter category levels, a single hierarchy level?
Suggestion: You guys should Implement a 24 hours/Always Open option for the hours.
You can set 00:00 in both fields but we will consider adding checkbox “always open”
