I just purchased your theme to use with Elementor and I am having trouble figuring out how to use specific pages and how to link them to specific portfolio pages. I like the look of the “3 column grid page” as my homepage, and I want each portfolio item when clicked to go to the “stack images” portfolio layout page. How can I set this up? I would also like to edit the “stack images” page in Elementor but it seems to only allow for backend editing.

Hi again, I realised that WPBakery Page Builder is not included as it’s already stating that automatic updates are disabled and asking me to buy a licence. Unfortunately as this is outside my budget I would like to ask for a refund. Thank you for your understanding
We have already bought the extended licence and included in the theme. You don’t need to buy a licence. You will still be able to utilize the plugin without activation.
Apologies, I don’t want to be difficult but there are a number of thing within the theme that just don’t work for the type of portfolio site I’m hoping to build. I would like to ask for a refund, please.

I understand I might not fully fit within the refund policy but for me the 40 pounds is a lot, I even ended up closing my hosting, because it’s too expensive without it looking exactly how I was hoping it would. I have decided to stick to using Behance for now and was hoping to get a refund as kind gesture. It seems very difficult to commit to a theme without trying it out and understanding it’s limitations. Hope this makes sense.

but how is it fair, when you can’t try something out to make sure it works for you. If clothing shops started selling clothes by allowing people to only look at the images of them and without a return policy, I’m sure you would say that would be unfair. How is this any different

Hello, we are using the plugin FilterEverything with the Kraft theme. (https://codecanyon.net/item/filter-everything-wordpress-woocommerce-filter/31634508). We are using it to filter portfolio items by tag.
We reached out to them because their filter is not working with your theme. It shows a counter of zero for each filtered item, and then doesn’t filter the items. They told us it works fine with the default WP theme, so it must be a conflict with your theme.
Can you help us troubleshoot this issue?

Hello, just a quick update. We have tried two different custom-post-type filtering plugins (FilterEverythingPro and WPGridBuilder) and both support teams say the same thing: “The issue is related to the custom taxonomy created by your theme. You should try using CPT UI to create a new custom taxonomy and use it instead of the one from your theme.” Let me know if there’s a possibility of a fix from your end that would help.

Ok, thank you for update info. However, I do not get the thing with WP builder plugin. The last theme that I bought had WP builder and a key included in the documentation of the theme. This is bit illogical from a developer’s side and also for me as your client. I can not update the plagin and my WP is showing an update that is waiting.

Hi! Is it possible to use a video as a featured image for a portfolio item? I saw that it was possible for a blog post thanks to the “featured media” option but I cannot find this option for portfolio items. Unfortunately, plugins like “really simple featured video” don’t work with this theme. My theme is “Kraft”. Thanks!

Hello I am currently using this theme. For some reason any portfolio items I add does not show up on the live site. I can only get some of the demo items to show up. Please advise. I tried copying the exact settings from the working demo portfolio items but still no luck.

In portfolio section there is a field to include/exclude portfolio items in the section, make sure to add portfolio id’s of every newly added portfolio to display them.

Blog page menu can’t be set on page level.
Menu should be selected as solid in theme options and should only be set as transparent for specific page where required.
