I have set it up locally, and after 5 hours it gave this error: “Error: Internal Server Error (500)”. The issue is with the theme, so please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have purchased a theme from you, installed it on WordPress, and started importing the demo. However, even after 3 hours, the demo import is still running and hasn’t completed. Normally, a demo import shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes, but even after 3 hours, it’s still not done. What could be the issue that is preventing the demo from importing?

We take security seriously and would like to clarify that our script uses standard components such as Contact Form 7 and the default PHPMailer without any custom modifications.
However, we continuously monitor for security updates and will apply any necessary patches.
