URGENT Our website is throwing a fatal error. After checking the logs, the main cause is the function below in header.php <?php electrik_display_loader(); ?>

Theme and plugins are up to date Electrik-core plugin is installed but it’s not showing on the dashboard
Current WordPress V6.9.4 version Current PHP 8.3
There is no conflict with other plugins. I tried the original themes for WordPress just to test it and it has passed the test. It’s propably a theme issue or it’s not compatible anymore given the fact that the theme has updated since Oct 2025
Please look into this. This is not a support service; this is a fault in the theme that is probably affecting other users and new buyers, too

I have resolved the issue. I had to roll back a backup from 5 months ago. It turned out that the theme was broken. Once I used the old files of the theme, everything got back to work so technically it’s not the plugin, it’s the theme files.
I would like to highlight that we have not touched the files at all. It was working till yesterday I went to check the website and found it’s not working. Not sure when that happened but it’s worth doing some investigations

Hi, I just purchased this theme this morning, and after installing all the other plugins i get this notice at the top of the admin dashboard. i can’t hand it like this to the client:

I have purchased the Electrik theme which, unfortunately, I have been having difficulty activating and configuring correctly on my website. I have carefully followed the installation instructions provided, but have been unable to activate the theme correctly. Every time I try to activate it, I receive an error message stating that the activation was unsuccessful.
