Hi, The alt text for the images (before people click to view the images) is really really small … too small to read. I’m using GMail.
Is this a know issue? How can I fix it. THanks
........ Update …....
Just found the images have this:
If I change the 2px font size it is fixed.
Is that how you would do it? Thanks
Hi ichomusic,
Thanks for purchasing Magic Mail, the main banner image placed in empty TD with 2px font size to make sure it won’t add extra space under it once sent from Outlook, if you are not using Outlook to send the template you can increase the font size to 12px and it will make the alt text appears in normal size.
Regards.
Great .. thank for the quick response.
Please can I also ask … before Christmas you mentioned you were working on a project for responsive email, possible to be released Jan or Feb. How is it going?
Best wishes, Nick
Planning to release responsive email template in the first half of Feb. Have just one more template to release before it and afterwards will focus on finishing responsive one.
Regards.
Fantastic … thank you

Hi, Really love this We want to use the template in constant contact Their online system has an advanced editor just wondering if it will work They have a section to upload documents and Images for the html to link to – is that all ill need to upload. Is it free from java and is the CSS embedded within the html page. And do you know if all the HTML is readable by constant contact. Thanks Ben Walmsley
Hi Ben,
Thanks for your interest in Magic Mail, yes you can use it in Constant Contact and it’s free from Java and the CSS is embedded. If you want to make sure if the editing it in the advanced editor will be easy just email me from my profile and i’ll send you some sample code to try.

Hi vissionet,
Thanks for purchasing Magic Mail, glad you like it
Regards.
Hello Gifky, Just wanted to say thanks for the reply. I got it to work, the problem was that I was using a Mac to zip the files and mailchimp did not work well with that. I switched to windows and that did the trick. Once again thank you!
Glad you sorted it out, enjoy using the template
Sorry I meant to say Mailchimp….

Hello! Can I use your templates in email client gmail?
Hi alburlak,
Thanks for your interest in Magic Mail, with Gmail alone you can’t import HTML templates, but using an email application such as Mozilla Thunderbird connected to your Gmail account, you can import, edit and send HTML newsletters.
Regards.
Hey Gifky – is this template responsive or just formatted to work well over all screen types? Do you have any templates that are actually responsive and can adjust based on the screen size?
Thanks!
Hi mmelamed,
Thanks for your interest in Magic Mail
The template isn’t responsive but well formatted to work over all screen types, it has perfect dimensions for desktop and tablet devices and it will adjust it’s dimensions once viewed in iPhone and other phone devices.
Regards.
