Noticed that the site settings is now part of the elementor area—however there is no more performance like HUB for example. Is this on purpose or is something not working here correctly?

What do you mean built-in. Do we have the options to turn it off – this is what i’m asking there is no options in there. Please re-read what I wrote.
Purchased the theme only to find out you can’t import any demo content through Siteground. Because Liquid Themes coded the time out for 5 minutes (300) vs. the 120 Siteground allows. Never had this issue with any theme. Their support is not able to change, hoping support can fix this.

This theme does not work with siteground hosting, customer support is not able to change. And usually a theme allows you to continue, this theme does not.
Siteground elevated support ticket to higher level of tech support, and they confirmed. They cannot do anything about it unless it’s a cloud server that starts at $100/mo beacause of Liquid Themes very high limits that freeze the install process. The $50 shared hosting account won’t work with Liquid Themes. Can you guys work around on your end and fix this please?

Had to get a new hosting account, and move over temporarily to Digital Ocean create a new account so I could install this theme with incorrect import coding. Then I moved my site back to my original hosting at Siteground, once I installed the demo. Now I get an error when I try to access wp-admin, because it gives me a licensing error like this:
