Your latest update did not fix the problem and I am still wating for a fix to this theme. The dates for the blog/news sction n the home page of home 2 will only display the current date not the date it was created. This bug is also in your template demo.

I start by saying the following about this theme:

A+ Support on what it is. 5 Stars in that department for sure!

The design behind the layout is great! Very creative design!

But, is it a WHMCS theme or simply a hosting theme?

So does anyone have something I do not? This theme has AMAZING support as he will jump in and talk to you quickly, but where I am lost is the WHMCS attachment part… WHMCS Bridge gives me a slow website and mostly won’t function unless I turn off LSCache. When it does function I only get domain search.

Domain search does not function fully as the name suggestion I have does not pull into my WordPress, it simply says “domain not available” or “domain available (purchase)” I lose money if people cannot find domains easily.

There is no other WHMCS function that is brought to the website. For the security risk and site slow I don’t get it.

Then WooCommerce… Why? What am I missing here? You get the shop within the website I get, but then they ultimately get bounced back to WHMCS anyway, and then domain purchases get bounced to WHMCS, having to pay for another service like Zapier for provisioning also.

Client area and knowledgebase are added separately I know but they are another factor to think about in the big picture. We are already looking at around 10 added plugins just to get half of a domain search and WooCommerce

Other routes must be better unless I am missing something here.

You stopped answering questions I had on the theme. I appreciate that you have done a wonderful job in creating this, but some of it is a little more difficult than it needs to be when you could have written down a few notes for people to understand what ties to what, and what your thoughts were behind some integrations.

First, I need to know where the source is for “service block 2”. I can see that it traces back to the” WordPress hostings” page but I cannot find the specific feed as it leads to another table pulling from a source I need to find in order to edit the page.

I also would like to know your recommendation for using WooCommerce. What integration tool did you use to make it talk and provision new services?

The yellow box backgrounds in the titles are not aligned with the letters, for example “Pick you perfect Web Hostin Plan” in https://themexriver.com/wp/hostix/about-us/. Is this a bug?
