You can use ACF PRO on multiple sites, but only one of them will be able to act as the ‘registered’ site which will see updates.

Hi, thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, I am unable to activate the plugin in the PRO version. I have tried every method, installing it on my WordPress and clicking Network Activate and going through each subsite, but the button to activate the PRO version does not appear on any of them.
So, I uninstalled it, unpacked it from the Ohio package, and installed it again. This time I tried to activate it only on one site, but once again, there is no option to activate the PRO version. It still displays:
Activate your license to enable access to updates, support & PRO features.
And there is no button to activate it.
How can I activate the PRO version?

You are most likely asked for the activation because of the multisite WP installation. There’s no such an alert on a regular one. Please send us a personal message and provide your temporary WP credentials. So that we will be able to check that.

Hello there. I know I haven’t renewed support, so I don’t take an answer for granted. I just noticed that my blog (fabienb.blog) is showing 17 pages in the pagination, while the first post of the blog is on page 13. So there are 4 extra pages for some reason, which of course return a 404. The only help I could find online mentions a change, ‘total’ => $dataQuery->max_num_pages, that I’m not sure is relevant for this theme and would require a change that I don’t want to make myself because it would go away at the next update. Perhaps it’s something you can help with. Thank you!
A bit of extra info… In Wordpress Settings—> Reading I had “Blog pages show at most” set to 14, instead of the default 10. I just changed that value to 12, in order to have less elements in the DOM. Of course this means my first post is now on page 15, but it got me thinking: is the pagination hardcoded on the assumption we’d stick with the default 10 items per page?

Can you check if the issue persist when the Ohio Child theme is disabled? Also try to check if the pagination works correctly with a standard WP themes (e.g. Twenty Twenty-Four).

Hello there, thanks for getting back to me. I tried what you suggested. And with the original Ohio theme enabled it still happens. I could not try with Twenty-Twenty-Four because when trying to activate it, I somehow triggered a critical error. I might see if I can download the previous version, but so far this is the result. With previous version, I meant a previous standard theme, like Twenty Twenty-Three. The error message is the standard critical error text on white background, “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”, which happened with Live Preview (I tried that first). This is something that I will investigate, might be a plugin conflict.
Now, the 2 extra pages in the pagination (pages 16 and 17, while the actual content stops at 15) seem to appear in the sitemap.xml as well, which in my case is dynamically generated by Yoast SEO. So I wonder if there’s something that’s gone wrong over time there… I mean, I first created this site 6 years ago, so it’s likely that I have applied changes somewhere and there was a time when there were actually 17 pages… Since I mentioned plugin conflicts above, the issue appears with all plugins disabled as well. If it helps, I’m also behind Cloudflare (the issue is still there when paused tho).
I managed to create a redirect, so now they are 301 rather than 404, but I would still like to understand the issue so I can take the necessary action.

Hello. Apologies for the late reply. I wanted to have time to go through the usual troubleshooting (disable all plugins, etc.).
First of all, even with all plugins disabled I see the pagination error with the original theme and the child I created. With Twenty-Twenty-Four, there are more items on the home page by default but it displays the correct number of pages in the pagination. Now, speaking of Twenty-Twenty-Four… I found the plugin that was causing the critical error. As soon as I enabled Ohio Extra, the theme broke and caused the error again. That’s yours too, so maybe there is something you can do there. With Ohio Extra disabled, I can test on all the standard themes and the pagination works as expected. But whether it’s enabled or disabled, the pagination issue remains with the Ohio theme (original and child).
Let me complete the troubleshooting (I have a separate issue in WooCommerce) and I will get back to you via the personal message to give you temporary login.

While doing my tests, I figured out the pagination issue.
options_global_blog_posts_per_page in XX_options was set to 10 even though I had a different value in posts_per_page (14 when I noticed the issue, 12 later). I changed it with PHPmyAdmin and that fixed it.
For security purposes, I had changed my default wp_ database prefix, so I don’t know if maybe options_global_blog_posts_per_page is looking for wp_ and failed to sync or if the error is somewhere else. I also hope I won’t have to do the same every time there is an update.
But right now, it seems to work fine. The problem with Ohio Extra and Twenty-Twenty-Four remains, but I’ll figure out that too (tho I don’t really need to). I suppose it’s a matter of disabling it when switching since it’s not an enhancement for the standard theme anyway. But it shouldn’t cause a critical error.

2. How to add additional spacer to standart shop catalog pages?
3. How to add filters to shop catalog pages? I dont have any filters to any shop page for some reason. Should i create a single shop page in elementor (theme constructor) with custom elements on top – before the standart shop pages content or?
4. About highlighted text feature in Ohio Heading: how is it possible to set relative size (em / rem) for highlighter at all resolutions? Could you maybe provide an CSS code (template) for it?
5. How can i mark there are some products are in a wishlist, for example, using a small brand-colored circle at the top of the wishlist icon (heart) in the nav menu?

How to fix font color of category dropdown list in search widget ( https://prnt.sc/yfyhDuxTGynw ): The color of “Category” word and the category names in dropdown are white and at the same way, dropdown list background is white also so i couldnt see the categories (white text on white background) – this issue happens only for desktop browsers, in case the iphone dropdown menu has own design and it device-depending.

To begin with, I would like to say a huge thank you to the brilliant developers of this theme – it is a work of art, functional, stylish. No words are enough to thank you.
However, lets cut to the main.
I encountered an issue with displaying content at the mini-cart (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/-LjJPYo4Otvx ) I apologize in advance (and I am ashamed btw) that this screenshot represents this language, but still.
The fields and buttons look ugly, not like at the demo example. This is definitely not a problem with variable products, since this happens even with simple products. I did not change the CSS code in this part. I just downloaded the demo with all the settings and widgets. Perhaps I deleted some ACF templates, I can’t be sure about that.
Could you please clarify, which of element controls the display of this widget – is it a widget, an ACF field, or something else? Could you guess what this might it be connected with.
PS: I dont think that any plugin influent on this issue.

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue but on one of our sites using the Ohio theme the product layout is not correct and on the specific archive page it is showing incorrectly as seen in the screenshot – https://imgur.com/a/U5N5cOV This was resolved in one of the tickets for the shop page but the category page has the same issue. Does not make sense to renew support just for that, otherwise the theme works great.

As you can see there are product items with different lengths of titles. That makes the product cards with unequal heights and the layout looks broken. If you share your site URL we will be able to help with a CSS hotfix.

Hi, thank you for your quick response the site URL is – https://medehealth.co.za/ and the product page is https://medehealth.co.za/shop/ it shows correctly on the shop page and the only page it does not show correctly is the https://medehealth.co.za/product-category/respiratory-health/ page. Is there maybe a more permanent solution rather than a CSS hotfix?
As a workaround you can set the minimal height for the product titles:
.woocommerce .woo-products .woo-product-name {
min-height: 54px;
}
Also, there’s a Masonry layout option under Theme Settings > Shop > General, which can be used to optimised the grid appearance with different height values.

Hi, just a quick question: Can I make a website using this theme on a test domain (for example: test.web.com) and then make a backup of the site and transfer it to the domain on which it should be (dirweb.com)?
Will I need to reactivate the theme on the transferred domain?
