Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue but on one of our sites using the Ohio theme the product layout is not correct and on the specific archive page it is showing incorrectly as seen in the screenshot – https://imgur.com/a/U5N5cOV This was resolved in one of the tickets for the shop page but the category page has the same issue. Does not make sense to renew support just for that, otherwise the theme works great.

As you can see there are product items with different lengths of titles. That makes the product cards with unequal heights and the layout looks broken. If you share your site URL we will be able to help with a CSS hotfix.

Hi, thank you for your quick response the site URL is – https://medehealth.co.za/ and the product page is https://medehealth.co.za/shop/ it shows correctly on the shop page and the only page it does not show correctly is the https://medehealth.co.za/product-category/respiratory-health/ page. Is there maybe a more permanent solution rather than a CSS hotfix?
As a workaround you can set the minimal height for the product titles:
.woocommerce .woo-products .woo-product-name {
min-height: 54px;
}
Also, there’s a Masonry layout option under Theme Settings > Shop > General, which can be used to optimised the grid appearance with different height values.

How to activate RTL ON the Theme ?

There are a couple of languages written and read from right to left (RTL) direction – like Arabic, Hebrew, Farsi, Urdu and others.
Navigate to Settings => General in your WordPress dashboard and select the preferred “Site language” – don’t forget to hit the “Save Changes” button. WordPress detects whether your chosen an RTL language and your website will be displayed as RTL. That’s it.

Hello, The Slider Revolution plugin is asking for a premium update, asking for a license number otherwise, it is not updating. Hi! I am using the Demo 8 Creative Agency template and when hovering over the portfolio items on the front page, the “Show project” link text is broken for two items. It only shows “project” with the horizontal line on the right a little bit dislocated. The issue is only for two portfolio items and I don’t find a reason why this is the case. Is this a known issue?
