demo not working

Following the installation of the theme, I am having problems with both plugins and importing demos. I am getting the error: “Uncaught ValueError: Unknown format specifier ” indicating an incompatibility with the latest version of Wordpress. Can you please resolve this issue? Or, I would appreciate a refund for the cost of the template as it is unusable. I thank you in advance for your cooperation and look forward to yours. Regards.
