Pre- Sales Questions: 1) I want to create a website that will have mutliple service categories inside. One will be for hotels, other for yaucths etc. So each category will have different profile – listing fields. Is this possible? 2) I want to be able to take ONLY a commission from the total booking price as an admin without the client to pay the total booking price through the platform, is this possible? 3) I want some vendors to be able to sell directly their services through BOOK NOW function and other vendors to only accept INQUIRIES and then they will be required to approve manually the INQUIRY and then the client will proceed to the booking, is this possible? 4) I want the vendors to be able to create different pricing modules. For example pay per hour AND pay per package. So in one case, the client will fill in the hours that he needs the yacht to rent and the system will calculate the price and the other case is when the client will simply book a private tour that will have a fixed price. Is this possible?

1. I want to have different search form per category. So when a user is searching for apartments to go to a specific page to search for apartments and when a user is searching for yachts to go to a specific search form to search for yachts. 2. Let’s explain with an example. Let’s say that the user is booking an apartment for 2 days and the cost is 100 euros. Me, as an admin of the platform, I want to take a commission 10% of the total charge. So it’s extra 10 euros. Is it possible to charge the client these 10 euros ONLY and then the client to pay the rest of the money directly to the apartment owner? So the system should be able to charge only my commission on the book now functionality. 3. Enabling manual approval can be done per user, per category or globally ? I want this to be done in the following way. When a user is registering as an apartment owner to be able to select if he will accept direct bookings OR accept inquiries only and after manual approvals, they will be converted to bookings. 4. Can I create packages per hour and packages with fixed prices? Otherwise, how pricing is working?
I am sorry but you have many requirements specific to your project. You would need to hire a developer who could implement all of those.

Yes, it works like standard listing package so it uses woocommerce for payment

I want to put up listing that requires a monthly recurring fee to be paid or a recurring annual fee to be paid in order to claim it and edit it….
If payments stop- it is no longer claimed and goes back to admin.

Hello, great theme so far but I have some trouble to understand categories VS classifieds/rentals. I have read documentation and saw the screenshot you shared with others but still a bit confused.

Hi its because you have not enough listings under this category so listings are duplicated otherwise you would get white blank space

I have read that but I still don’t understand how they work. I have created a category inside “categories” called Venues because the website will only list Venues that people can book them to have parties. If I create it under “categories” I can assign features. If I create it under services I cannot assign features. I am not sure I understand their difference for example Categories VS Service Categories. Can you please explain better? When should I use categories and when should I use the other?

Features are only available for the main category, the “listing types” categories are just additional way to categorize listings, there’s no one definitive way to use them, depends on the content, if you don’t find them useful simply don’t use them. If you have only one category Venues then there’s no point to overcomplicate it.

Please do not forget to update the Elementor JSON for the “single listing”, the current one is outdated and this causes some inconveniences.

We don’t have option to add more photos to review later. Reviews are comments so you can see them as admin in Comments, but there’s Review page in Dashboard where Owner see all reviews he got and Guest see all reviews he left
He listeo, before i buy your theme i have a few questions. 1. Is it possible for products on a grid to have image slider and 2 arrows instead what i see on the demos now that is a fixed image. 2. Is it possible for search menu to have diferent kind of searching attributes that can be chosen through dieferent category buttons?

In Edit Listing (Accommodation Rental) / Availability Calendar there is no date 30 June 2024, it goes only to 29th June and then July starts with the 1st of July. There is no way to edit price for 30th June. Can you check on your install?

Yes, changed to Mon in General Settings and 30th of June is ok now. Although there may be other instances in the future, you may edit script to show another row of days in similar situations.

Hi there, just a pre-sale question. We have an existing Dokan multi-vendor site, and just wondering if Listeo supports all the Dokan Pro modules. We’re currently using the Dokan Stripe Connect payment method, which is enabled as a Dokan Pro module. If Listeo doesn’t support this payment method, I’m wondering how to configure Stripe adaptive payment for both Listeo listings and vendors’ products. Also I’m interested in whether your professional installation service could help tweak any mismatched styles between Dokan and Listeo. Thanks.

it generally works but we haven’t tested all the pro modules. Dokan is not a main focus of Listeo, it’s just an addition so if you are looking for 100% Dokan oriented theme, it’s not Listeo

Dokan Stripe Connect should works but it is separated feature/thing to stripe split payments for booking which has to be configured separately (article in docs)
