The theme demo content would not import. I contacted their support and they did not respond for two days. I could not wait around for them, so I got a different theme. I requested a refund and then they finally responded saying they would fix it. I told them I already spent 12 hours working on my new site before they responded so I just want the refund, and then they just started ignoring me in support. They refuse to give me a refund. They replied to my review, though, saying I didn’t give them enough time to fix it, but two days is plenty of time, and they didn’t even respond until I requested a refund, so how do I know they wouldn’t have taken longer if I didn’t. There are a few other bugs in the theme, too, which I mentioned in my review. I wouldn’t trust them for ongoing support if this is how they do business.

Thank you for admitting that you think it’s fine to keep your customers waiting. And regardless, if a customer has issues with your product and wants their money back immediately, you should honor their request. It’s your fault that the product has issues, not the customer’s. I have used plenty of themes on here and did not have these issues. Fix your issues and fix your attitude! And take a class on customer service.

When Elementor is active, the site only shows the header and footer. When Elementor is deactivated, all the data is displayed but without any CSS or JavaScript, resulting in unformatted data
The support is very bad. I solved the problem independently by using PHP 7.4.

Hello, I was planning on purchasing your theme, but I’m currently having an issue where I can’t enter my card. I think this problem is related to the platform (Envato Market).
On the other hand, I would like to know if it is possible to publish PDF files and download them via the administration interface (several files) or is it only possible in Gutenberg with your theme.
Additionally, the project I want to work on requires the ability to publish multiple PDF files and make them downloadable per section, or even per page, hence the importance of the first question.

Previous reviews about the product not working are correct. The theme does not work. When the error occurs and you contact support for help they will reply as slow as cold molasses. You will get 1 unhelpful reply per day if at all. 7 days after buying a theme it still does not work and customer service is ridiculous. Buy another theme. I want a refund.

Honestly, thats the WORST theme we’ve ever worked on. After wasting so much time trying to customize it – we have to switch to another one and start over. This kind of product should be prohibited on Themeforest. Its NOT for public use!
