i cannot see you have installed proper magento

default theme is also not working properly your error is of magento theme not our theme

you need to run proper ssh commands and install proper magento and install proper theme as per documentation

support does not include customization / installation / upgrade , so please hire proper experience developer or hire installation service for perfect magento install and then install theme as per documentation
