It could be that different header and logo options are set on the page in local settings for that page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.
To submit a ticket please follow instructions from this article – How To Submit A Ticket. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.

For this theme, how do you have theme colors set to change? it has been an issue with your themes in the past that changing colors has been very difficult. do you have a screenshot you can share that shows me how you have this setup

The colors in the theme are customizable and for a more detailed overview of theme’s options please check the documentation in this link.
Please note that the “Main Color” option won’t affect every element. Some elements (like header, footer, fonts, buttons, etc.) have their individual color settings for customizability reasons.

All of the features showcased in the demo and listed in the Theme Features list can be achieved with the theme options, custom shortcodes by the theme and free version of Elementor. There is no need to purchase any additional plugins or subscriptions.
The theme is sold under the Regular license and by purchasing the Regular license you will be able to use our theme for an unlimited period of time, you’ll be able to update your theme every time we release a new theme version, and you’ll also have the option to get all the latest versions of the plugins that come bundled with our theme.

I login to get support. I get a working prompt but I never get logged in. Help I need the email icon that goes with the team member to be larger. It’s Elegant Icons and it’s like 15 pixels.

I Bought thistheme because it said wpbakery was the builder is there a wpbakery version i am missing? where is that located?

Unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately. Plugins which are included with the theme are listed here.

I’m using the Main Home page and can’t find anywhere to change the logo for it. There is nothing in the documentation on this particular page header. I’ve changed the logo in all the settings but on this page it doesn’t change. It’s also not editable in the Elementor page builder. Is it inserted by a shortcode in the theme file, is the logo actually editable?
I did change the phone number in the header widgets but can’t find the masterbuilder logo anywhere.

Yes, I figured that out after I posted this. I wish that was a bit more clear in the documentation. Maybe a screenshot of where it’s located would help. I just went to edit with Elementor instead of the WP page editor. Great theme though.

Hello, I have a (possibly) dumb question about this theme. What editor does the back-end Admin use of site building and maintenance? Is it Elementor-based? Or WPBakery? Or does it simply rely on Gutenburg blocks?
