Your Qode help center is infuriating. There’s quite a bit that isn’t documented.
I need to remove the demo header video or at least know how to change it? It’s not documented and I cannot log a ticket with your portal.

So we installed Elemetor Pro, because we need it to create custom Templates for header and footer, but it says that is Unsupported.
Is there an alternative solution to letting Elementor Pro create custom templates for the header and footer instead of the theme?

Please note that even if the Headers and Footers are included in the Elementor Pro version, our theme is using the Free Elementor version, and the header and footers on our demo sites are created with our header/footer templates. Because of this, we can’t guarantee compatibility with the Elementor Pro version.
You can style and use Theme Options to style the header and footer. You can achieve any layout that you see on our demo site.

Please try disabling Page Spinner option on the page. The global settings for preloader animation are located in Fidalgo Core Options > General, however, individual pages have the option to enable/disable this animation too.

The watermark was added in order to protect users from copyright infringement claims. As noted on the Fidalgo ThemeForest page – We do not own the copyright for the images featured in this theme. The images in question are only used for presentational purposes on our demos. These images cannot be used on your website, unless you purchase the license from a stock image website yourself.

can we customize the color of theme and is menu updated using form or on elementor. How can we get access to back-end to see how thing are on back-end. It seems each page has a different design how can it be combined in one theme. Do you have a pre-built theme for one perticular restaurant.

Unfortunately trial periods or testing environments are not available as options. For a more detailed overview of theme’s options please check the documentation in this link.
Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. You can also copy and paste sections from one page to another.
Colors, typography, logo and more are customizable. Do note that “First Main” color from theme options won’t affect every element. Some elements (like header, footer, fonts, buttons, etc.) have their individual color settings for customizability reasons. Menu items are added as explained in the documentation here.
