Thank you. Is it expected that you have to manually choose a carousel for each product? This is not a global setting? How does one import 500 products and set the setting the same for all? We just imported multiple products and they all look broken (nothing like demo).

We apologize for the inconvenience. Currently, there isn’t an option to customize the product template globally and apply it to all product pages. If you’d like to use the carousel feature, you’ll need to edit each product’s single-page template manually. However, to simplify the process, you can customize one product page as needed, then duplicate it and replace the images and other content. This approach should make the process easier and quicker try it out and let us know if you face any issues.

Ok thank you, understood. But this theme is quite literally unusable for any real world application. There is no real shop that doesn’t bulk import products. Can we apply for a refund?

I have some problems on the website and the support does not respond: 1) even after installing cache plugins, after optimizing images even under 100kb, the site loads slowly at startup. Do you have a solution? 2) I can’t find a way to disable the initial popup, can you provide a description with screenshots of how to disable it? 3) on the home page, the section with the large image and the three circle images, in desktop mode the sections change with the mouse hover, on mobile the link to an empty tab starts. Disable the link on click.

ii) We have deactivated the newsletter popup on your site.
Please follow the instructions for Delete or disable the On-load Popup template:
Step 1) We have enabled the Popup template on the Home page, Header, and Footer pages. Kindly open the pages at the same.
Step 2) Search the Popup widget and check the trigger type in the settings if it is “On-Load”.
Step 3) Once found, if you do not want it permanently, you can delete it. If you want to disable it temporarily, change the On-Load option to External ID and leave the ID field empty.
Note: Please execute it only for “On-Load” events, not for “On-Click”.

how do I disable defualt the sign up pop up and how do I amend it

Please follow these steps:
Step 1: We have enabled the Popup template on the Home page, Header, and Footer pages. Kindly Navigate to Header/Footer.
Step 2: Select the desired header/footer.
Step 3: Edit it with Elementor.
Step 4: Locate the pop-up box with the “On-Load” trigger type only, as this will ensure the content appears whenever the site is opened.
Step 5: Go to Settings.
Step 6: Change the Trigger Type to External Class/External Id.
Step 7: Save Changes.
If you cannot locate the pop-up box on the Header/Footer pages, please check the Home pages as well.

Want to buy this theme but it uses the Unyson importer to import the demo content, and that plugin was closed as of October 11, 2023 for a security issue… which means that it will not be receiving updates and could (and will) be a security vulnerability moving forward. Are there other options to import the demo content?

Hello. Thank you for the nice theme, but I have found a lot of bugs:
After deleting all products and importing mine via WP All Import – all product pages are blank (only header and footer with white body).
After choosing and saving all my preferences for shop pages, like product card styles, it shows the same default style after import.
This is mostly a feature for the next update: There is a lot of animation on the home page, which is extremely slow for mobile devices, and it took a lot of time to deactivate all the animations for columns.
How can I edit products per row? I want to show 5 instead of 4 products per row.
Also for future updates – I really like the Collection-top section style, but it would be really nice if it worked like child categories (subcategories) using one setting. Now if I have a large list of main categories and child categories it will take ages to set up the template hook for every one.

Thank you very much for your reply, but I finally solved the problem. I deleted the demo-content folder. Then the theme could be installed without any problems and everything seems to be working. I will not use the theme for the e-shop, only as a classic website and I do not need demo content. Anyway, if I have any more problems, I’ll get back to you.
