Just testing the theme.. on the shop archive page why have you setup your template files so that the image isn’t a hyperlink to the product page? That is very strange.
You can absolutely insert a link to any page if you want, simply because we don’t want to link to any page so we don’t attach a link to this banner section.
Not sure if you understand what I’m saying. The shop archive page is the page where products are displayed in a list, usually with a sidebar on the left for filtering results. The products displayed have an image. That image does not have a hyperlink in your theme. This is setup from your WooCommerce template files. You haven’t set the image as a hyperlink to the product – Why?
This is not a default setting or display of Woocommerce, attaching links to product images on the shop page is not a mandatory rule and depends on the intention of each design. This is just your personal opinion and not that of all customers, so adding or not adding product links to product images depends on the individual requirements of the customer.
If you check the official WooCommerce theme; Storefront you’ll notice that they link the images. Infact, if you chose 10 WooCommerce themes randomly from themeforest and checked, I would bet that 90% of them have links on the product images. Also, I didn’t say it was mandatory? I said it was strange as the vast majority of themes link the product image. And yes, it’s my personal opinion, of course. My opinion is that it’s better for conversion optimisation which should be what theme developers care about. I don’t care if you don’t implement it, I’ll just modify the WooCommerce templates anyway but it’s just not optimal for other users.

My Sentences are for friends who want to get the Bocpak theme. I bought this theme thinking it would be truly useful. Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed. Do not be deceived by the fancy demos; do your research and take the reviews seriously.
I have been dealing with the return process for about 10 days. The theme owner never responds and doesn’t say a single word to defend their theme. The speed tests of the theme are completely bogus, with GTMetrix values calculated as ‘F’. When I uploaded and ran it on GoDaddy and Hostinger, the page load speed was extremely disappointing. This is also a significant disadvantage for SEO. How are we supposed to make money with such a website?
I have other reasons for returning it, but I don’t want to go on. The return process is still ongoing. I will be grateful to get rid of this theme

1. You just need to install the theme, activate it and import demo data, no registration required.
2. You will have to add custom code if you want to implement this functionality

1. That’s right, we have updated the shop with multi-vendor functionality with the Dokan plugin, you can see it in the demo.
However, we only integrate at a basic level, this is not a multi-vendor theme, so we do not do details for the pages you mentioned.
2. No, we currently do not have designs for these pages. If you want, you can design your own through plugins
