I still haven’t been able to start editing my Copygen theme because Elementator won’t load. I paid money and wanted a working product from the box. Instead, I’m spending time fixing a problem with a third-party page editor. The Elementator website has a whole guide on how to fix these issues, but nothing has helped. Why are you using a problematic product, it has many complains? Could you please tell me what editor I can use instead of Elementator?

We also asked you to try standard troubleshooting steps, including resetting permalinks and deactivating plugins one by one to rule out conflicts. You’ve confirmed that the permalink reset was done, but we’ve not received confirmation that the plugin conflict check was performed.

After contacting Godaddy and thinking it was a hosting issue, I was told it’s a problem with my content. I am not able to log into the Admin side, when I go to homeworkwriters.com/admin. So, I was asked to check with the developer to get this fixed, because there is not issue on the server end.

More than 2 years ago, the missing H1 tags were reported. They are still missing. I’ve reported this several times, as have several other customers. I don’t want to create a ticket, I want you to fix it so when I update the theme, the tags are there. Do you know how important H1 tags are?
Is there any reason why you are ignoring all these reports?
The H1 tag functionality you’re requesting already exists in our theme: Available H1 Options:

If I use that feature for blog articles, it adds the article’s title to the category. How can I add the H1 to blog articles without adding it to the category page?

Will there be a fix for this? My design process would go a lot smoother and quicker if the home pages were in their correct section.

As per our support records, we’ve already addressed all the questions and concerns through the ticket system. Initially, we released only 4 light version homepages along with 1 dark version (Home 5). Later, we released the 4 dark version homepages and updated Home 5 as a light version.

If you want to use the Home5 dark version homepage, you must import the light version. When importing demos in the backend, if you select the dark version, enabling Home5 will not display the dark version but the light version. Only by importing the light version in the backend will activating Home5 show the dark version on the homepage, but while other pages will remain in light version，This issue occurs exclusively with Home5; other templates/pages remain unaffected. I have verified this through multiple installations

After importing the dark demo and selecting ‘Home 5’, you’ll notice the homepage remains in light mode while other pages switch to dark. This inconsistency is obvious. Try installing it yourself to see the issue. What exactly are you trying to do here?

In Version 1.1 (released on 29 May 2023), we added support for dark version demos. Since Home Page 5 was originally released as a dark version, we included its light version in this update so users could have both options.
If you would like to use the dark version of Home Page 5, please submit a support ticket. Our team will be happy to help you import it.

For our site pubplanplus.com, we’re having some issues.
After we import the demo all the images aren’t getting imported.
The site should look like this: https://d.pr/i/fIX23D
But instead it looks like this: https://d.pr/i/J5XxZx
File permissions are set correctly, and when we checked the imported file sizes they’re all 1kb: https://d.pr/i/2HagTGWe had the same issue on the latest version and an older version.

Sorry , On first release there is no dark version for copygen we added it later so we add light version of 5th home with dark version. If you want that home page you need to import the dark version demo.

Thank you for the very quick response.
I understand yes. I just tried importing the light content as well, but it doesn’t import the light pages correctly (it conflicts with the already dark demo import). I’d like to use “home 5” as my home page and add elements from the other dark pages. But the mix up makes this harder than it should be.
How easy could it be to patch this? I’d have liked to start designing immediately but if this can be resolved within days, I can wait for the fix before I continue finishing my site.

Does this theme include a Light/Dark Mode switcher feature, or are the dark mode versions actually their own pages? I’m trying to understand whether a website visitor can flip a switch and change the specific page (and site) to dark mode?
