I installed the theme and added Woocommerce configuration, but I noticed there are some issues when a new listing is added. I will mention these issues here.
Users are able to add some features that shouldn’t be available in the pricing package that is selected at the beginning. Is it possible to prevent the user from adding the info that is not available in the pricing package? Similarly, the user can add more listings than what’s specified in the selected pricing package.
Also, I would like to disable the Woocommerce features (creating store and selling products) for the customers. This means that the user shouldn’t be able to add any products when adding/editing a listing. I would also like the listings to accept bookings only through 3rd party providers. This means that user shouldn’t be able to select “My bookable product”.
Another issue is that the flags are not displayed correctly in the dropdown on phone number input fields.
And also the website sometimes gets a timeout when submitting a new listing. (This comes from Cloudflare I guess)
Can you please take a look into these issues?

Please send admin login credentials and the site URL to support@wt.ax and share details (step by step) to reproduce this issue. After buying a listing package, the user should be limited to use only the features available on the package, that is how the code was implemented.

Just disable all WCF plugins, you can keep Woocommerce. Or, you can go to Theme Options / Marketplace and disable marketplace for all users (Who can create store… set as “nobody…”).

1. For this Year, no plans to implement the integration with Elementor (meaning: create Hubhood widgets to Elementor). To be considered in 2025.
2. Not targeted for Classifieds exactly, mainly because there is no “Price” field as “value” (e.g. $250) for the listings. Consider to check this other directory theme of our portfolio, which contains the “Price” field and is more flexible for classified-like listings:

Yes for Hubhood theme (Classifieds and general listings).
Currently, No for Listar theme, it is more recommended to list businesses. Of course you can list classifieds, but make sure that the design you see on the theme previews will match your needs, and be aware that there is no proper “price” field, so you’d need to explore other way to list prices, like using the “Menu/Catalog” feature.

Yes, there is a feature for Events. Edit the listing packages and enable it, and make sure it is activated globally via Theme Options / Listings.

You need to configure your SMTP credentials via the SMTP plugin. Email services will probably reject automatic WordPress emails if you don’t inform SMTP credentials. Anyway, if you need a custom login page, there are thid party plugins for that. Example:

Hey there! I have a good handle on the theme and how everything works. I’ve even added licensed images, which is fantastic. But I’m still a bit confused about how the LISTING BOOKING feature works. How does the payment process work when a company posts an ad for a restaurant and someone wants to make a reservation? I see the BOOKING option, but I need clarification on how the customer pays the restaurant and how my commission is handled. Does this all go through WooComerce or WCFM? Also, do I need to activate WCFM if I only want people to publish ads and not run a store? Thanks a bunch for your help. This is the last thing I need to sort out before I can send the site for indexing and set up the payment gateway. I appreciate your assistance!

Bookings are available via Woocommerce Products. Once created and added to a listing that has marketplace privileges (listing owner bought a listing package with Store creation enabled, allowing then to publish products), these bookable products will be displayed while visiting the listing page publicly. People will set day/time and buy it via Woocommerce.
As a site admin that wants to take comissions from the marketplace sales, you need to have Paypal (example) set on the WCFM settings. The payments will go to you, and the Withdraws will be sent to the Vendors from your Paypal account. If you don’t use Paypal, see other withdraw options on:
Front end Store Manager page / Settings / Payment Settings (PayPal, Skrill, Bank Transfer, Cash Pay, Wirecard (Moip), Stripe, Stripe Split Pay)
Withdraw settings: Front end Store Manager page / Settings / Withdraw Settings
Set comissions on: Front end Store Manager page / Settings / Comissions Settings

Hello, I managed to make the featured image on the Front Page load quickly and without dark overlay, but I can’t reduce the opacity of the other images. - Can the shop owner, create an announcement and show it on listing page? For example, the Restaurant creates an announcement for Valentine’s day from 13.02. – 15.02. Or create a coupon for valentines Day 10% and show it on the listing page
- Can the listing owner create add and display it only to some audience? Similar to Facebook add. Show only for users from Germany/Munich.
- Do I need to purchase additional plugins for bookings? I have hotels, where you can book one night, but also barbers where you have a slot of 30 min for 3 persons.

The theme comes with standard directory functionalities and a bit more. It is not possible to cover every need presented by customers. You’ll need customization service(s) to have a theme working accordingly with your list of requirements.

The theme is not officially compatible with Elementor, meaning that it wasn’t developed or deeply tested for/with Elementor. Despite of that, there are customers using it with Elementor. It is recommended to use the classic custom WordPress widgets created for this theme. There are no “Listar” widgets for Elementor builder currently.
