Symmetry is testing really bad on page speed insights, load delay of 2500ms+ every time. Should I fix it myself or will there be an update?

I just ran a test and on desktop Symmetry is scoring 97/100 with:
First Contentful Paint 0.6 s Largest Contentful Paint 1.2 s Total Blocking Time 0 ms Cumulative Layout Shift 0.001 Speed Index 1.2 s
All crazy fast speeds. But you could indeed increase the performance even further by replacing the main blocks with smaller images. Currently they are quite big/high quality, that’s the biggest bottleneck but not something the theme can really help with. The theme clears all other possible bottlenecks that a theme can clear.

Hello, I am still experiencing the header not appearing problem that was previously fixed in the Zeen theme I purchased. As far as I checked in the wordpress admin panel, I am using Zeen version 4.0.9.3. Is this an updated version? If not, how can I update to the new version?
Another question is, if I want to make a clean start and replace the current version of the theme with the old one, will my old contents be deleted? I want to solve this problem now because this problem I have been experiencing for months has not been solved.

I understand, but you do indeed need valid support to receive any kind of theme support. This is Themeforest support policy (and also all other premium products out there to be fair).
There is nothing wrong with the theme’s header, as you can see from the many real sites running Zeen or the demo sites – it’s definitely something disabled or similar on your site. If you need help, you need to open a support ticket with all the info and someone will definitely try to help out.

They have been updated in the 4.5.1 update (currently in Themeforest’s queue), however, to confirm – the notices were literally because the core templates changed some documentation URLs in the code from woocommerce.com to woo.com. No code was changed in WooCommerce.

Hello Zeen team, Below is the error I’m getting. And also at checkout even after selecting a shipping option, It says shipping ‘Sorry, this order requires a shipping option’.

The templates have already been updated in the upcoming update, but it’s stuck in the Themeforest review queue at the moment, hopefully it’ll be approved soon!
However, the outdated templates would not be related to the shipping option, you should try creating a staging site and test disabling plugins, looking and fixing your woocommerce settings, etc.

The outdated template is related to it since it’s not compactable with the latest version of WordPress. Take a deeper look into it. Someone else also has the same issue.

Where is Zeen engine latest plugin? I am on 2.86 and no plugin in download.? Site is broken

Zeen and Zeen Engine would 100% not break your site. The demo sites are running fine, and there are thousands of real sites running Zeen and Zeen Engine right now with zero issues
Try disabling all your plugins to see if that is it, or if you added custom PHP code or similar, try removing it.

Hello, you’re indicating an update to version 4.5.1, but when downloading, Zeen remains at version 4.5.0. I don’t understand :/
Also in the zip package, Zeen Engine is v2.9.1, there is no v2.9.2. And that’s exactly the same thing on your demo site.
Is this theme abandoned by its creator?

Hello, I like the theme but have a few questions. For a community magazine I need the following:
1. The ability for users to register as members in order to submit articles, photos and videos through frontend upload, and for the editor the possibility to manage pending uploads before they appear on the website. 2. Social login via Google, Facebook, Apple, etc. 3. Regarding Facebook login, can Facebook comments on the correlating Facebook page be pulled into the article pages? Can view counts of the Facebook page be pulled in? 4. The option for the admin to define member roles, eg. editor. 5. Is buddyPress and bbPress included or how can I add it to the theme? 6. What options does the theme have natively for ads, adsense, affiliates, etc.? 7. In addition, can I build a directory with paying members to display their services more prominently?
Are these features 1-7 included in the theme, or how else can I utilize them? Looking forward to a fast response. Many thanks!

That sounds like quite a complex and specific build you need. Zeen is compatible with bbPress and BuddyPress, and you can add social logins via a third party plugin for sure. The theme also has ad options for everywhere you would expect, and more.
It does sound like you would benefit from hiring a developer to help you get all the features exactly as you need. I’d recommend someone from codeable.io to find a quality developer.
