Hi, I already contacted you (email) last March 2025 regarding a problem one of my clients was having with the “WOODZA” theme.
The home page slider no longer allows images to scroll, and the text no longer displays on the slider.
Things look fine for images on the Elementor page control (images ok but text ko).

Hello! I adore the design of your theme, and I’m busy to finish the website, but I have a few issues which I can’t fix and it’s a bit confuse me as website is almost ready and these are such a logical things which should work good by default. Could you please help me? www.thermowoodua.nl 1) all posts and banners are not clickable by picture. Only if you click on the title it goes by the link, I would prefer best practice option that image also clickable and goes by the same link as a title. Clients rather will click on the picture than on the title. On live preview you have the same behaviour. 2) Strange thing with the main slider: 3rd slider doesn’t appear, buttons for navigation don’t work correctly. And the biggest problem: buttons with CTA don’t work, even hover don’t work. Could you please check and help? Let me know if you need additional accesses.

I have problem with import demo content, in documentation, section “Demo Import” I should see the option to click on the “Import Data Demo” button while unfortunately I don’t see this option after installing and enabling the plugins, there is only the option to manually upload the demo but unfortunately I don’t know how to do this correctly. Thank you in advance for your help.

Impossible to activate the theme under these conditions.

Following my two previous messages, I downgraded the WP version and installed 6.0.3. The first problem has been fixed but second problem persists during Import Demo Data.

The reason for the problems is that the small shared OVH offer that hosts the project does not allow downloading of external content with Curl. For those who have this problem, 2 possibilities: - change host - manually import the folders / files useful for these phases.
