Hello. I have few questions.
1. How to get support with theme? Linked site don’t have this theme to pick. 2. I have problem with performance after import demo. It look to heavy. I can send URL dm/support if i get any contact.
I have mixed feelings. I have used various templates many times, but this one is simply unbeatable when it comes to performance.

I’m really liking the look of this theme. I’ve managed to change majority of things I wanted to but I’m having issues changing the footer. I’ve followed your document and can also see another buyer had an issue with the footer. I can’t get to open the footer with the Elementor view.
I’ve changed the links on the right hand side of the footer, but it won’t allow me to change the logo, change the links and social logos at the bottom and I want to remove the third column. Is there an email address I can contact for support?

The error is on the main page at the top of the header
Also if you could send me a link to a tutorial that shows hoe to change the images on these banners that would be great. The Flex banner or landing page main images I cannot find the area to change the image. I also dont the option in Elementor
(But we do provide gray images as placeholders for any image that is on our demo, so users can simply change them out for their own.)

The error message im seeing indicates that there is an issue with the wedesigntech-elementor-addon plugin for WordPress. Specifically, the error occurs in the wedesigntech-elementor-addon.php file on line 123, 1606, 1521 Im not sure how to fix to this

I may have found the solution so lets hold off until I finish troublshooting
OK solved that problem no worries. Now I just need to understand how to change images on these Sliders on all main pages. I cannot find a way to change these images.

OK Im seeing now how to add an image. I dont see how to replace the current images. When I select H1-Slider there is no section to just replace the current image. Or im missing it.

Awesome got it. Thank you for your help! The images are working fine now. I changed the video on the main page and it doesn’t update to the new link I entered. So I entered a vimeo link and updated the site but its still not working, its reverting back to the youtube video.
OK so changing the video on the page where you change the H1 Slider will actually change the video on that page. But it will not reflect the main page where the video is actually suppose to be. SO for example you go to the page called H1-SLIDER-02 this is where you can change the background and the youtube video and such. Once I change the background it will reflect the Main Page that the customer viewing the site will see. But when I change the video, it will not reflect the main page.

Yeah I was talking about the Video not the image. The youtube video that plays on the main page. I cannot change it for it to display on the main page.

The theme look amazing but unfortunately I can’t import demo content… System gave me this error:
“Import Failed Whoops, there was a problem importing your content. An error occurred while fetching file from: https://domain.com/wp-content/themes/apexx/ocdi/theme-content-new.xml! Reason: 404 – Not Found.”
I tried to resolve by myself but in my theme directory I don’t have “OCDI” directory. So, I think it’s the issue.
I can’t create a support ticket because “ApexX” theme is not listed atm… So, what can I do ?

I finded the problem, I think you can make an update. So, the importation error is in link the name file. The file we have in OCDI directory is “theme-content.xml” and the importation is seeking for “theme-content-new.xml”.
After renaming the file properly I was able to make the importation! Now everything work as expected! ✌️
