I intended to purchase a WordPress theme on my Envato account, but I accidentally bought an HTML5 theme instead. My goal was to acquire a WordPress theme, so I am unable to use this product. The purchase was made very recently, and I have not downloaded or used the theme. Therefore, I would like to request a refund for this purchase due to the mistake.
Could you please let me know if a refund is possible and what steps I need to take? I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Hello, having an issue with embedded youtube. even though links are updated it defaults to opening an envato demo youtube.
havent been able to find any code in the js or css that would cause this defaulting. thanks

How do I create a three-level menu with corresponding arrows on the parent option?

No, unfortunately it’s impossible. I created the HTML version and another author converted it in WP theme. I’ve added the link to WordPress version below the item text description, that customers may choose the version they need (HTML or WordPress theme)

Hi, Efren, thanks for purchasing our template. We originally planned to call the page services but then decided to change the name to features. But we forgot to change the page name in the menu. So you can see an error that the page is missing. It’s our fault. Don’t worry. The package contains all pages we created for this template. Regards

Hi, raasoft, unfortunately the refund is impossible. There is no word WP theme in the item description. All preview images for this template are marked that is HTML template not WP theme. There is the WordPress theme link below the item description. You had the opportunity to read the description of the template and understand whether its characteristics suit you or not. You have downloaded the package and I can’t be sure that you will not use it in the future. Regards.
there is topmenusearch implemented on css files but html files does not have usage. can you look and update that? because this template seems have search box but forgotten to implement it or update it on files. i am also looking responsive searchbox implementation left side of menu and between logo. how can i implement it?
Hi, ulas, thanks for purchasing our template. We use the Web Slide – Bootstrap 4 Mega Menu Responsive plugin as a base for our navigation menu, we made a lot of changes in the css files and js files to create really responsive navigation menu without bugs and errors. We haven’t used the topmenusearch in any our template, because of nobody didn’t to ask to add this item in the navigation bar. I’m not sure the this input will looks responsive and great if it just to add in the navigation bar. We’re not planning to make update because of this element. Best Regards
