I have purchased this theme and activated it. After that I had a little error and I reset my WordPress. but what happened was that I couldn’t activate my premium theme again. When I enter the purchase code it always shows “License is already active on maximum allowed product instances, please deactivate this license from active instance(s) and try again!”. Where can I find deactivate this license from active instance(s). Even though my website domain has not changed and is still the same.

The theme license lasts a lifetime and doesn’t expire, so your ability to add blocks shouldn’t be affected. Only your item support has an expiry date, which can be renewed if needed.

To simplify things, I recommend using the theme on a single domain and creating separate pages for each product. This approach eliminates the need for multiple installations and keeps everything neatly organized under one domain.

Thanks for writing in! Each demo has a separate set of design settings. If you import multiple demos the styles will be overwritten. I recommend finding a demo that you like and then build your pages using the template library.
Hi, please how can I translate blog parts into another language? I cant find translation for “read me”, “categories”, “recent posts”, “next”, “previous”. I am using loco translate, my website lang is czech, but in this case in sierra.pot there are no translations for the words I am looking for. It looks like it is wordpress core translation, but my wp core is already translated to czech and it doesnt work anymore. Is this translations part of any plugin?

If you see an error about a missing stylesheet, please use the “Installable WordPress file only” option when downloading the theme. If you downloaded “All files & documentation” file, you need to unzip it and find the installable theme file (sierra.zip) inside.

1. Wishlist functionality: We generally recommend installing the YITH WooCommerce Wishlist plugin for wishlist functionality. You can start with the free version and upgrade to the premium version if necessary. Please note that while we haven’t specifically tested this plugin with our theme, it should work well with some customization to match the overall theme design.
2. Customizing shop pages: Our theme includes static shop layouts by default. For further customization, you will need the Elementor PRO version. While we do not offer pre-designed templates for WooCommerce archive and product pages, you need to create these templates from scratch.
Regarding compatibility, our theme is fully compatible with both the ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and Polylang plugins. We have not tested Crocoblock Smart Filters with our theme. However, we are willing to assist if you encounter any compatibility issues.
