is this still a functioning theme? The last update was 20 October 2023. I have concerns about compatibility issues with the latest WordPress etc
yes, we have released updates to the vibebp plugin frequently the last update to vibebp was in sept’25. There has been no feature increments in the plugin / theme due to lack of interest from buyers. The plugins included in the product can be used with any theme, further more this is a PWA , so you can also generate mobile apps easily from it without coding.

Hello. I’ve been looking for a project management tool, and I came across this one. I have WPLMS and have had a fantastic experience with your PWA. The only thing that concerns me are updates. Will you be updating it? I also notice you have a plugin for this at your site. Is that an add-on, or is it included here? Please let me know. I watched your video, and in it you mentioned something about add-ons?
The plugin bundled in the theme and the plugin on the site are exactly the same and they work with the PWA. The updates to the plugin are more recent than the theme which is more of a skin / styling template.
If I purchase the plugin, do you think I can use it along with my WPLMS theme? I have a site that is part projects and part LMS. Sometimes, we create learning programs for our clients. Please let me know if your project plugin will be updated regularly too; then perhaps it would be the best solution for me.

Why do you release new products if you cannot support WPLMS properly?
Kindly use WPLMS ticket system and post tickets. Share ticket link if you have already created one. WPLMS is working perfectly in many sites, so we are not aware of the issue you are facing.
Hi, i am interested in this theme but i do have some questions.
1. as like the others, i see this theme is not updated for quite a while, you said the plugins are updated but your website does not show that. It only shows that the last updates were in october 2023. Is there a change log for these plugins?
2. Is it possible to import the demo as shown in your demo dashboard or do i need to set everything up manually? In your video i only saw the import demo content importing the homepage info.
3. Is it possible to set these tasks to be recurring?
4. Is it possible to set reminders for these tasks so if they are not completed on time, an email or text message gets send?

I understand, the theme is just a skin the features are powered by the plugins whose updates are released regularly. The plugins come bundled in the theme and are updated independently. We do not have any changes for the skin as of now.

I have enjoyed using the playground. Are the plugins that give the theme it’s functionality included with the theme or are there any premium plugins needed in order to make my website function like the demo? Also, I don’t see the invoice add-on functionality in the playground. Thanks!
All the functionality displayed is available under the purchase. There are other plugins which you can use to extend the functionality, https://micronet.work/downloads , and since this is a PWA you can easily convert it into a mobile app and publish on app stores.

Kindly share more details on this request. We have invoicing and timetracker feature via extensions which allow you to add resource and bill their times. We also have custom fields available in Project, Boards, Cards & Milestones. So every project can have a billed amount, every task / card can be billed seperately.
Not totally sure what kind of file it would, but something that could be used for US taxes showing profit loss information? If not, that’s okay, still an amazing theme, but if so, even better. Thanks!

Does the theme have subscription or Saas capabilities. Ie enable different people/companies/project be hosted with access to different capabilities based on package
If you combine with any subscription form / gravity forms you can easily achieve a functioning SAAS platform. A project manager can add new members / invite (email) new members into the project. Assign them teams, cards, boards and generate graphs etc. You will have to define the member types like manager , employee, supervisor with different capabilities like who can create cards, complete cards, milestones etc.
