Hi. i have 2 problems. I bought the theme long time ago and only now i use it. So, my questions are: - is there a way to add specifications on the product page. The specifications are coming from the metafilelds. - i put a video on the product page in the image gallery but is not playing when i click on it. Is blank.
i know that my support is expired but i will buy in the future again the theme for other clients, and i need to use this shop as a portfoliu.

Hi There! Since a day ago I noticed that its almost impossible to work on my halo theme page on shopify due to it being super slow. I asked them and we ran trough some tests and saw its not their fault.
I havent updated the theme yet, and until 1 day ago it was all fine, but now it’s un-workable.
What do you suggest? I reckon updating the theme, but am scared that updating it would ruine the site in some way

hey, quick question about the Wishlist. I see that People dont have to login or register to the site to use the wishlist feature? in most sites people have to login to add wishlist so they can save it for later. Why they dont have to login?

For the wishlist feature, it will save based on the browser. We cannot handle the code to save with the account, because the user account belongs to Shopify’s backend, and we are only frontend developers so we cannot do that. If you want you can use app.

A basic feature such as ‘Country of Origin’ of a product is not available in Product information on the Product page. It is an extremely basic feature provided by Shopify but you have hidden this feature in the theme. A humble request to make it visible or help us troubleshoot this.

2) After selecting varient on product page, varient color should fill with black. Its only showing border as selected. Which is confusing.

We are using Ella V6.3.0 theme on Shopify. For two days we have noticed that the product page with the default template is not displaying correctly depending on the operating system or browser version. I explain:
On a PC with Windows 8 and Google Chrome updated to the maximum it displays correctly:

We haven’t installed any new apps or edited any theme code these days.

This problem has happened before, the reason is that the latest update of Chrome has added a short code attribute is no longer supported, then Chrome updated this attribute again and we have promptly fixed this error from Ella 6.5.4 onwards. But it is not clear why they added this code attribute again and it continues to cause errors for sources from Ella 6.5.4 and below.
