hello, great theme btw. got a question! when customizing the theme “top bar option” does not show up in the shop and blog page only any other page works fine. i even cloned another page that has the top bar option as soon i change it to either shop or blog the top bar option disappears. any way to enable that on those two pages? thank you

Hello, you need to import revolution slider demo zip files manually:
1. Goto theme full zip pack, that you can download from themeforest. Then unzip it and you will see “demo” folder.
2. Import slider demo zip files from “demo” folder one by one to wp admin panel > revolution slider > manual import

Plugins will be updated as scheduled, no worry. For now you can freely use current plugins versions, they are tested and works fine.

Hi, I got your theme through envato elements subscription, i’m considering buying the full version to support you and get updates but i have a question concerning iconbox group.
On the demo Consulting homepage, under “Developing Financial processes” section, there are 3 icons, “1 Prepare a budget”, “2 Align your strategy” and “3 Setup a Stock control”.
I need four elements/icons in there. I tried using bakery editor to go from 3 icons to 4, but it doesn’t work.
It is possible to choose between Style 1 (dashed lines) and Style 2 (dots) but changing the number of items/icons (2, 3 or 4) has no effect. When inspecting the .prelude-iconboxs wrapper element, there is a .group-3 class, when changing it to group-4, it gives the desired result, but i can’t find a way to change that through the page editor, i even tried to change that through phpmyadmin, but couldn’t find where/how to change the number of items from 3 to 4.

Hello, when you purchase theme, you can download theme full files and there you will find plugin versions that comes with theme, we update plugin versions wigh theme updates. But you can not update plugins automatically, because you use plugins with our developers license. But plugins comes for free for sure.

By default theme does not support RTL, but with rtl plugin and small css custom styling you can achieve this

hi there, i am a Envato Elements member and I recently and randomly started having issues with the template. Not necessarily anything wrong with it other than being flagged by google ads as having issues. it looks like I have installed v1.1 which comes with WPBakery 6.2 and needs update to 6.4
I believe that is why I am having a hard time with the ads getting approved as it maybe for security reasons. How can I update WPBakery?
Simply redownload theme full files and there you will find wpbakery 6.4.1
I used Envato elements, not themeforest to download the theme. I just re-downloaded but don’t see wpbakery
You need to redownload full theme zip pack and in “plugins” folder you will see “js_composer.zip” file, it is new files for wpbakery

I have purchased your theme under elements envato GPL license.
Only items purchased from themeforest have option for dedicated support, and it is clearly written in themeforest and envato elements items descriptions.
I can buy one more license if needed since we are making this website as for all our corporate website but some parts are not being clear so just concerned

If you need support for one of your website, you need to provide themeforest purchase code in our support website. If you need support for 2 websites, you need to get 2 licenses for sure.

For us it is fully working, need to enter your website and have a look why it is not working for you, but for that need valid support code. But this option is 100% working, problem is external.
How do I activate revolution slider as it needs an activation key which i thought was included with this product?
You use plugin with our developers license for free, so you do not need to activate plugin, simply leave that message and plugin will work fine. Activation is done in case if you would like to have separate license and to use some external features of plugin. But all that you see in theme demo can be done with our developers license for sure.

Hello, we will check support website, and fix. Anyway you can open a ticket with providing your themeforest license code in message text in ticket and leave ticket purchase code area blank.
For Revolution Slider and WPBakery licenses: you are using that premium plugins with our developers license for free, so you do not need to provide any license codes, plugins are working without them, simply leave that messages. They are asking for license code in case, if you would like that have your own separate license and have some extended features from them, but all theme features are available with provided version for sure.

The demo websites do not show on iPhones with a smaller screen; it loads but shows all white screen. On an iPhone with a bigger screen, like an iPhone Plus, it does show; but anything smaller and its all white.
Hello, the reason can be your safari version, it may be very old for modern web elements. Anyway we tested it on different devices and it is working fine on all our screen sizes, including small devices.
