Theme updated last month and now our site is down with an error code.. Dwindled it down to the theme update. Of course when I go to the support to enter a ticket, our support was expired last month. Anyone else get help with the theme update?

Hello, After updating the Elementor plugin, a critical error occurs. The website’s backend works correctly, but when, for example, the Home Page is accessed, the mentioned critical error appears.

j’ai suivi votre documentation à la lettre, cela ne fonctionne pas et je n’ai pas de temps a perdre. De plus le lien fournit pour votre support ne fonctionne pas tout comme votre support d’ailleurs car quand on souhaite ecrire un message sur votre support celui s’efface et il est impossible de rédiger un message, curieux… j’ai du envoyer une photo avec ma réclamation mais on me demande de le faire en anglais. Je doute que vous ne sachiez pas utiliser un outil de traduction. Bref, j’ai fais une demande de remboursement et je souhaite qu’elle soit traité dans les plus bref delais, j’estime avoir perdu assez de temps avec ce thème qui est mensonger et ne correspond en rien a ce que l’on vous présente sur thème forest.
