I found a bug with the latest version of the theme (8.39.2), core (8.39.3) and WPBakery builder (8.7).
After update WPbakery from 8.6.1 to 8.7, I can’t change “Vertical Indents” for a Row. I select a different size (None, S, M, L, XL), Update the page, but the setting doesn’t save, it reverts back to the initial setting.
I downgraded WPBakery builder to 8.6.1 and the problem went away.

It looks like none of the custom settings added by UpSolution to WPBakery are saving with WPBakery version 8.7 or the newest version 8.7.1. I suppose you already know this by now and are working on a fix. Thank you.

Hello — I found a fatal error coming from the countdown element that broke the sitemap and some other pages.
Affected file: `wp-content/plugins/us-core/config/elements/countdown_timer.php`
Symptom: `TypeError: Unsupported operand types: string + int` (PHP 
— caused pages (including `sitemap_index.xml`) to fail.
Root cause: the default day value was calculated like this:
```php ‘std’ => zeroise( wp_date( ‘d’ ) + 1, 2 ), ```
`wp_date(‘d’)` returns a string, so adding `+ 1` triggers a TypeError on PHP 8.
Local fix I applied: replaced the line with a timezone- and type-safe expression:
```php ‘std’ => zeroise( (int) wp_date( ‘d’, strtotime( ‘+1 day’, current_time( ‘timestamp’ ) ) ), 2 ), ```
Please include this change in the next `us-core` / theme update so other sites on PHP 8 don’t hit the same fatal error. I can provide the patch if useful — thanks.

Unfortunately, there’s no developer license option. We sell our theme exclusively on Envato, and the only way to get the license is to purchase it.

Hey! Just a quick note: in the newest version of the theme, 8.36, there’s an outline on the burger menu on iOS Safari.
It’s easily fixed with CSS: .w-nav a {outline: none !important;}
But it didn’t happen before, so I think it’s a bug worth mentioning. Thanks!

I’m using the Zephyr theme, which includes a WooCommerce cart element in the header that displays the number of items added to the cart. However, this element and its functionality aren’t available for the EDD plugin. Could you please add this feature in a future update?

I haven’t seen anything about this in the changelog, but I noticed you removed the “Fontawesome Brands’ option from the dropdown selection for icons in various WPBakery elements.
In the dropdown, there’s only 3 options left: “Font Awesome Solid”, “Font Awesome Regular” and “Material Icons”,
But I see the file “fa-brands-400.woff2” is still inside the /fonts folder (in the theme folder).
So was it a decision to remove it or is it a bug that makes it to not load in version 8.33.2?
I have WPBakery version 8.1.

Please check Theme Options > Icons. Most likely, the “Brands” library is set to “None” instead of “Default” (active).

Hi, please be aware that the latest couple of updates to your us-core plugin removes the trailing forward slash / from the canonical url. This has caused us some big SEO issues as the pages loose their authority as they point to the wrong url. Meaning the actual page’s url is different to its own canonical url. We’ve had to revert to a version of the us-core plugin that dates back a couple of releases. Please can this be resolved urgently as this will be affecting a lot of people.

Preorder question. A few years somone made a website based on zephyr theme 3.3. I updated a wordpress to the newest version and all of the plugins, but now website is not working correctly. Images don’t display so the question is… I need to update the theme? How can I do it witout loosing a data? From 3.3 to the newest 8.x?
Is it like I should update theme one after one generation from 3 to 8? And this way I will save all the settings?

Hey! In version 8.30.2, I noticed a bug.
I have a “Content Carousel” set to Loop, Auto Rotation and Continual Rotation, and it only moves if the “Numbers of Items to Show” is set at a number (1-10). If you set it to Auto (for items of different widths), the carousel becomes static, it doesn’t move. As soon as you change the “Numbers of Items to Show” to a number (let’s say 4), the carousel starts moving continuously, as it should.

To be able to activate the theme and download bundled plugins you need your own Themeforest account with the theme purchased.
I purchased Impreza recently and was happy to find all Font Awesome variations: Solid, Regular, Light, Duotone and Brands. But Zephyr only has Solid, Regular and Brands. Will you add the others, as well?

Zephyr only provides access to the Font Awesome 5 Free icons library, which is one of the features that differentiate the prices of Zephyr and Imreza.
I understand. But I guess it could allow for adding our own woff2 files, if we have a FontAwesome license purchased separately. Would you consider implementing that for people that have their own FontAwesome licenses? Thank you.
For now, there’s no built-in feature for using custom icon files for the theme. You can vote on the relevant Feature Request; we’ll consider adding this feature to one of the future updates.
Unfortunately, my Zephyr support is expired, and I can’t vote with my Impreza support for Zephyr Anyway, thanks for letting me know. It would be very useful. I can add the woff2 files to Wordpress in various ways, but if Zephyr has a built-in option, then the options would appear in the icon dropdown options for various WPBakery elements.
