It’s not about email address (I have changed it anyway), it doesn’t display any message at all (Please complete the form… / Thank You… / Oops! Something went wrong… / There was a problem…).

I fixed it

You have the submit button outside the form ( after </form> )

Also, the form has a field named “email3” while the script validates the “email”. The script also validates a field “number”, but it doesn’t exist in the form.

But anyway the main issue was the submit button outside the form.
